Charming spacious home

Overall our stay was very nice. It was spacious and had amenities such as the pool that our group enjoyed thoroughly. One thing I wish was we had are more hand and wash cloths.

Birthday Trip with friends

Albeit the condo was a little dated in the bathrooms and flooring but the property was in excellent condition overall. Had a great view of the harbor/marina and really enjoyed the pool time activities and bar. Plus, the mall had excellent food and beverage choices. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier and I look forward to coming back.

Reservation system was a mess. I arrived and my reservation was not even in their records. From then, everything was awful.

The first condo they gave us was nothing like the photos when I booked. The condo was old, furniture and appliances were old and damaged. We arrived late, so decided to sleep and address it in the morning. Next morning contacted the host by text and also went to front desk. I took pictures of our current condo and sent them to the host and showed them to the front desk and asked to be moved to the condo that I had booked as the one we received was NOT it. They immediately looked into it and arranged for us to move that afternoon. The new condo was updated and like the one in the pictures that I booked. The rest of the stay was comfortable. It had a balcony and terrace to relax on, beds were comfortable and the AC worked great! Shouldn’t have gotten the wrong condo in the first place but they corrected the matter right away.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the initial confusion regarding the condo. Please note that the reservation was made for a specific property type, which means layouts, furnishings, and décor can vary from unit to unit, and may differ slightly from the photos shown. That said, we understand how this could be disappointing, and we’re glad our team was able to quickly assist and move you to a unit that better met your expectations. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the rest of your stay, including the comfort, balcony, and amenities. We appreciate your understanding and hope to provide you with an even smoother experience next time.
