Thank you for taking the time to review our beach condo. We’re sorry that you didn’t find it to your satisfaction. Our HOA had not made us aware of any repairs prior to your stay. If so we would have let you know. We feel that your two-star review was quite harsh for the cosmetic items mentioned. We wish you would have let us know about your disappointment prior to writing your review. Our goal is always to make our guests top priority. We have taken this time to update the items you mentioned and are very pleased with all of our updates. We hope future renters will enjoy our freshly updated unit.

We were quite disappointed to see your review. We believe our condo to be just as you described….”The condo was quite lovely. It had everything I needed and then some. It was very comfortable.” We understand that you “misunderstood the description” of the property, which in no way was our fault as we clearly describe the condo and the beach options. This in no way should indicate a three-star rating. As explained in our description, our beach is currently being replaced with a county re-nourishment program and our prices were reduced to reflect the situation. Our beach will be in place this month. Manasota Key has three other beaches on the island within a very short distance of the unit. We were very upset to see your rating as it affects our business and we hope future guests can interpret your low rating as part of your frustration with yourself and not our lovely property and available amenities.

Thank you for your kind review. We are so happy that you loved the place. We too are hoping that Mother Nature returns our beach soon. Luckily there are three beaches close by to also enjoy the gulf. The county has initiated a beach renourishment for late fall. That should bring our beach back for many years to come. We hope you will come back and stay with us again. Thanks again.
