"Heavenly Day" by Holiday Beach Rentals is in the quiet area of Bid-a-Wee Beach. It's one of Panama City Beach's most sought-after beach neighborhoods because of the unobstructed views of the Emerald Coastline. You won't find anything built directly on this preserved beach, even the beach access is privately gated and only accessible through an exclusive code. This upscale rental home features 5-bedroom suites, 3 living-room areas, fully equipped kitchen, private heated pool, and furnished balconies.

The private beach access gate/boardwalk is located directly in front of Heavenly Day's front door, less than 5 minutes from the moment you step foot outside to the moment your feet are in the sand. There is also an outdoor shower located on the side of the home to help cut down on all that pesky sand that loves to make its way inside! The paved driveway can accommodate 4-6 vehicles (dependent on size) so the entire family can easily find parking without getting squished side-by-side.

Upon entering through the front door, you are greeted by the first living area with hangout seating and television. The hallway opens to the great room with ample couch seating for the entire family, dining area and wet bar. This room also features a large television, laundry area and full bathroom just inside from the pool deck. In addition, there are 2 queen over queen bunks located on the North side of this very same room. The private pool is also located just off this room and has the option to be heated as well! The outdoor grilling area, dining area and sunbathing loungers are perfectly placed on the deck for a perfect day in the Florida sun. An additional (2) twins over king bunk suite are just down the hallway with the elevator landing.

A few steps (or elevator ride) later and you're placed on the second floor which is the main floor of the home. An open concept area featuring a fully equipped kitchen, island style bar, formal dining table, living room and furnished walkout balcony overlooking the waves. That balcony view is the main reason this area of the beach is in high demand by both locals and visitors! The additional suite on this floor features (2) twins over a king bed and towards the end of the hallway is another bathroom.

The third floor has two king master suites on the beachside of the home which share a furnished balcony, the birds eye views from these two rooms are unmatched. One of the suites takes up a good part of the entire South side and features a full-sized sitting room with comfortable chaise loungers facing straight to the oversized Gulf windows. The opposite side of this floor has an additional king master suite as well as an additional laundry room.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.

The Beach! Although Heavenly Day was custom built to offer everything a beach house should, we know you are going to want to experience The World's Most Beautiful Beaches at some point during your stay. Lucky for you, your private access is about 100 steps from your front door!

*Please note due to Florida State Law, this home is equipped with a pool alarm.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

Never Want to Leave

We had a wonderful stay!! Our group ranged from 2 years old to 81 years old! A couple in the family never left the premises. It wasn’t necessary! Sitting on the porch was like being on the beach. On the other hand, others of us ran across to the beach to sit and swim in the Gulf numerous times a day. It was so convenient. We loved the house, pool, location. Great memories made !! Thank you!
