An ideal location close to the airport and downtown, and perfect for a weekend stay to enjoy SXSW in Spring, ACL in summer, and Formula 1 in Fall, as well as many more events during the year.

The kitchen has everything you need for a simple meal, brewing coffee, or heating your leftovers. Perfectly curated for 6 with 2 spacious bedrooms, dining area, living room, and 2 full bath. And a comfy couches that can be used as bed. We also provide a designated work space for our business travelers.

- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service are available for a fee that depends on the length of the stay.

-1st bedroom: Queen-sized bed w/ a comfortable medium-firm memory foam mattress, gusseted pillows, down comforters, and ultra-soft linens.
-2nd bedroom: Queen-sized bed w/ fresh and comfy linens, with pillows in each bed and soft blankets.
- 2 Full Bathroom w/ Fresh towels and bathroom essentials. (dryers, cotton balls, body wash, shampoo & conditioner)
- Professionally cleaned before your arrival.
- En-suite laundry (washer and dryer).
-1 Pull-out sofa bed.
- Kitchen: Complimentary coffee and tea w/ Keurig machine and traditional drip coffee. Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, bakeware, dinnerware, silverware, cookware, blender, and more.

★ House Rules ★

-Quiet hours after 10PM.
-No smoking, vaping or drug use anywhere on the property.
-No bachelor or bachelorette parties. We are happy to recommend some nearby properties/hotels but we are not a good fit for these types of occasions.
-No additional guests without prior approval. Please note an additional charge of $70 per adult guest per night over 5 adults.
-Late/Emergency Cancellations: Please be advised that the host will not be financially responsible and thus will not issue refunds for cancelations made 1) for non-refundable bookings 2) on or after the date specified in the cancelation policy.
-Early check-in and late check-out may be offered upon request, only when there are no back-to-back reservations.
-The host will NOT be responsible for any accidents or lost items.
- If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. let us know as soon as possible.
-The guests will be charged at least $500 for any damages to the property or violations of these rules. The violation of the no smoking rule will result in a $1,000 fine due to the cost of removing the smell from the wood wall and furniture.
-Please treat the house with respect and leave it as you found upon arrival. Tenants will be held liable for any damage or missing items. If damage is noted upon check-in please notify the owner via the app immediately.
