Top Floor Condo with Balcony & Only a 10 Minute Walk to Downtown Bend!

Welcome to Optimus Pine, a comfortable third floor condo that sleeps up to four guests and is soon to be your new home away from home! The inviting living room of this condo features a queen sized murphy bed, a dining set for four, a 48" flat screen TV with surround sound, and cozy couch to curl up on in front of the ambiance of the gas fireplace!

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to whip up some tasty grub, so you don't have to rely on restaurants every time hunger strikes. There is a full sized fridge, apartment sized range oven, microwave and plenty of dishes and cookware!

If you're a fan of The Big Lebowski, you're going to love the main bathroom which is decked out in a theme of which The Dude would approve of. Along with plenty of counter space, there is a tub/shower combo which really ties the room together. ;)

The bedroom features a comfy king sized bed, dresser for clothing storage and a second full bathroom with two closets. Need to get some work done while you're here? This is a great condo for you, as it has a desk, printer and private high speed wifi so you can get those emails sent off before it's time to explore the beauty of Central Oregon!

Want some fresh air without having to leave the condo? There are not one but two private patios with comfy outdoor seating for you to sip that morning joe. There is also a gas grill so bring those burgers and steaks and fire up a good time! Right next door in the beautiful Pioneer Park so bring a frisbee or picnic and spend some time amongst the trees. The Deschutes River runs along the back of our property and you can follow the river trail on a 10 minute walk right into the heart of downtown Bend! Don't forget our on-site laundry room which also has an area for bike storage!

Great option just outside of downtown Bend

Great stay just outside the heart of Bend. The only things I would change would be a firmer bed, nicer pillows and more clear check-in instructions. We arrived at the location and I could not find an email with a code to get into the condo and the front office was closed. However, when I called the property management, they were great about helping me get into the property quickly and easily. It's possible I just missed or deleted the email with instructions to get in and I could have called while I was on the way out so I don't count this against them. The condo was clean and cozy for our group of three and served us well as a place to sleep at night while we adventured during the day. I personally found the bed to be a little too soft and pillows not the most comfy but that is also a personal preference as my wife seemed to sleep fine and my friend seemed to sleep well on the Murphy bed. The condo has two decks but they are right next to the adjacent building so there is not really any view to be had. There is a nice little riverside park right next to the building that seemed cute but we did not have time to enjoy. Would stay here again!
