Mycket önskvärt, lyxig 2-bädds luftkonditionerad lägenhet (byggd 2008) med moderna möbler och modern känsla. De gemensamma poolerna, lekplatsen och grillplatsen gör det till en perfekt utväg för familjesemestern. Poolerna är grindade för barns säkerhet och skydd. Lägenheten har en privat balkong med utsikt över Vale of Parra. Loungen innehåller en 2-sits lädersoffa och 2-sits bäddsoffa, LCD-TV, DVD-spelare och DVD. Sovrummen har en dubbelsäng och 2 enkelsängar, med inbyggda garderober, varav ett med eget badrum. Det finns säker parkering för en bil i den underjordiska parkeringen. Lägenheten ligger bara några minuter från Guias populära stränder och en 10 minuters bilresa från det berömda shoppingcentret Algarve och angränsande Designer Outlets. Andra attraktioner i närheten inkluderar Zoomarine och Aqualand vattenpark bara en kort bilresa från lägenheten. En gratis Meet-and-Greet-tjänst är tillgänglig, och vid behov kan transport bokas för att ta dig direkt till och från lägenheten.
Under 2017 hade vi Wifi installerat, vilket tillhandahöll mycket fler TV-kanaler, och naturligtvis ett modem för att låta gästerna titta på internet och ladda ner e-post och whatsapp-meddelanden. Portugisiska kanaler finns också tillgängliga. Det finns ett lokalt portugisiskt stereoradiosystem inbyggt i varje sovrum och loungen. För de angelägna shopparna finns köpcentret Algarve, en 10 minuters bilresa bort, och Aqua Center i Portimao precis vid n125 (40 minuter med bil), och ett måste för kvinnorna: Mango, Bershka, Primark, Massimo Dutti , Pull and Bear, Jumbo stormarknad och många fler. Parkering är gratis. Ett nytt centrum, Mar Shopping, öppnade förra året i Loulé bredvid Ikea-butiken som nyligen byggdes. Det har också många populära butiker och restauranger

Perfect accomodation as a base

We had everything we wanted in our apartment. As I have walking difficulties, we needed to get taxies most days. Although the pool area was lovely, if you just want to relax. We loved Gale Beach, which was only 5 minutes in a taxi. Some beautiful restaurants nearby too. Very friendly people everywhere we went. Not a lot in the immediate viccinity but suited us. Nice comfy beds too

Excelente localização. Adoramos o espaço da piscina e o facto de ter um parque infantil. O facto de ter parque de estacionamento subterrâneo foi muito bom e com um excelente e rápido acesso ao apartamento. Amabilidade do gestor da casa em nos ceder um berço. Pontos a melhorar: o apartamento precisa de uma limpeza mais aprofundada (maior e melhor atenção ao detalhe e de uma melhor organização dos utensílios nos armários.

Great family stay for 4

This is a really great property, located in a nice quiet area with a great pool and close to the beach and a variety of shops and safe parking. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. We also had the pleasure of meeting Derek the owner when we bumped into him into the underground car park. WiFi is good and it's nice to have a washing and drying machine and dishwasher too.

Very Happy Holiday

The apartment is large and well looked after. There were ample cooking utensils, saucepans etc for self catering. The complex has 2 lovely pools and they weren't super busy at all.

perfect holiday

Nice appartment with private parking under the appartment. nice swinmmingpool to cool off and nice beds to lay on in the sun. 2 bathrooms were nice because we were there with 2 couples. Only the bed was very hard, but it slept well.

Malgré un accueil moyen bon séjour

Nous avions prévenu que nous arrivons en retard car il y avait un accident sur la route et que nous allions avoir 40 minutes de retard.Mais cela n’a pas du tout plus à la personne qui était en charge de notre accueil. Il était trop occupé et ne pouvez pas se permettre d’accueillir des personnes en retard. Malgré cet accueil nous avons passé un bon séjour. Logement en adéquation avec l’annonce

Absolutely perfect for us!!

From start to finish the communication with Derek (owner) and Terry (manager in Portugal) was brilliant; full of advice and answered every question we asked. We were able to check in early as the family before us left the day before so that was brilliant. The property itself was just perfect for our family (of 2 adults and 2 small children) not just in size but facilities too. Having the extra bathroom was great. The kitchen had all the accessories you would need and there was even basics left there such as cooking oil and washing up liquid, even coffee and tea!! The gated pool and play area are metres from your front door which we found great and the kids loved it. The pool was amazing for small children as one is only shallow and my youngest could go in without armbands (under constant supervision!!) and his confidence grew as a result. The larger pool was great for diving, playing and had plenty if room even when it got busier around mid afternoon. Both were immaculately clean as were the grounds. The front door is extremely secure having a 4 bolt lock so you can feel super safe being on the ground floor. The back is more first floor due the ground being on a hill and was super secure too. The safe is a good bonus. I was at peace with everything and never needed anything more. There's a coffee and pastry shop just down the stairs at the back of the grounds which does beautiful coffee. We got takeaway cups for round the pool. There is an Aldi 250m from the back also. We used Uber as a preference over the cab office just by the pastry shop although they were great when we did use them in the first 2 days but Uber were alot cheaper and arrived within 3 minutes usually. The closest beaches (Galé and Salgados) were beautiful, clean and we always found a good spot with plenty of eateries in reach. We would be happy to return anytime!!!

Our only issue was the bottom gate did not work all week. The top gate did not work Sunday on arriving. Other than that all okay.

Fantastic Location

We enjoyed our stay. The location was super, very close to most of the interesting places like the Marina Albufeira, Zoo marine and Lagoa was closeby by car. I would recommend the waterpacks in Lagoa, the kids had lots of fun there. This are is close to beautiful beaches.

Not quite luxury. Construction work in the complex.

Is is advertised as a luxury 2 bedroom apartment. This is why I think it isn't luxury. - Only 3 of the 4 rings on the hob worked. - The one external shutter, did not go fully up, so every time you went to the balcony, you had to duck. - Is bathrooms were not as clean as they could be, (everywhere else was fine) - For me the beds were hard and very creaky, I had a bad back most morning's (Other people might like a hard bed, just not me) Now for the good points - The kitchen was well equipped (even had, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil etc.) - A good choice of TV channels - You own underground parking space - 25 minute walk to the beach (Gale beach was our favourite) - a great pool, though it was a little cold in October. - Cabanitas bar opposite Our general overview. The apartment was a little noisy, as it is near a busy road junction, but most of the noise came from the complex itself as there was construction work going on for 5 days out of our 7 night stay (they only stopped at the weekend). Jack-hammers were going off from 8AM to 5PM most days. I do realise that this work had to be done, but I am sure they would have given the owners plenty of notice and we should have been informed before we travelled, NOT when we arrived. I am certain that I would have given it a higher rating, if the construction work wasn't happening, but from the state the site was in when we left (18/10/18), I would say there is another couple of weeks work, but maybe less noisy. We still had a great holiday, but it could have been so much better.

Enjoyed our stay .

Well equipped apartment on a lovely complex, with a great pool. Close to lots of good restaurants, and lovely beaches not too far away. The new patisserie by the complex does very reasonable cakes and rolls, and we would recommend it, coffee and cakes for 3 cost 6 euros The road nearby has become much busier since our last visit to this complex and is quite noisy, otherwise we would have given 5 stars.

Nice property in a really good location

The property was just what we were hoping for. Having stayed in this area on a number of occasions we had a good idea what we were looking for and this property fitted the bill perfectly for the 5 of us. On the plus side, location, underground car parking facilities, proximity to the pool and play area, proximity to other amenities including shops and restaurants, good size apartment. What could have been better... A number of things in the apartment weren’t working as they should: extractor fan in kitchen; safety deposit box; one of the shutters over the doors; bidet. Little things really that didn’t have a major impact but nevertheless were not as they should have been. The property also lacked some basic cleaning and kitchen apparatus. Overall the holiday was really enjoyable and we’d certainly consider this place again. The complex itself tended to be quiet in the morning and very busy some afternoons. The pool security may as well not have been there as others than stopping toddlers from using inflatables didn’t enforce any of the other so called rules including drinking, smoking and loud music.

Now we have an excellent TV package and WiFi from MEO installed so clients can access the internet, download e-mails and look at their whatsapp messages! Our representatives, Terry and Celia live nearby, look after the apartment for us, and are available should any problems arise during your stay
