Den nedre våningen har ett komplett kök, 3 sovrum och 2 badrum. Rummen är generösa i storlek och trevligt inredda med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Köket är fullt utrustat med många grytor och kokkärl, disk, köksredskap, kaffebryggare, mixer, brödrost, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin.
Det finns en delad tvättmaskin och torktumlare i garaget. Vardagsrummet har stora skjutdörrar i glas som öppnar för utsikt över vitt vatten, vackra solnedgångar och för att känna havets bris.
Beläget i ett mycket önskvärt område på Newport Beach, på Balboa-halvön, mellan 31 och 32: e gatorna. Lätt gångavstånd till marknaden, Burger, Pizza, Sub & Chinese Take Out, Spaghetti Factory, Crab Cooker och Newport och Balboa Piers. Vårt fritidshus ligger vid havet, på
strandpromenad för säkra och roliga aktiviteter: cykling, rullskridskor, jogging. Bara 45 mil söder om LAX, 20 minuter från Orange County John Wayne Airport.

Beautiful views

Nothing beats a house right on the beach. Amazing sunsets everyday. This house is within walking distance to all you need-restaurants, grocery store and entertainment. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of shower towels, beach chairs, sand toys and more. Check in was easy. We were so sad to leave. The only negative is the garage size. You get one parking spot in a shared garage but if the 2 cars are not compact, there is no way 2 cars will fit. And if you bring bikes they won't fit in garage with 2 cars also. But that is an easy fix-just find parking on the street and store all your bikes and toys in the garage. That's how we made it work. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Wonderful beach front unit!

So many great things to sAy! loved that her manager met us and showed us around. The home is super prepped for a large family or small. Plenty of beach toys, sand chairs, sand blanket,skim boards and umbrellas ! The house sits on the boardwalk so you will see hundreds of people throughout the day! We love people watching so it’s awesome. Garage is handy to park our bikes in and the washer dryer is clutch! The beds are super comfy and all the utensils cups and cooking items were dynamite!

Very clean. Owner very responsive. Great water pressure. Endless hot water. Conv outdoor shower

This place was great. The location was very convenient. Great food in walking distance. Grocery store across the street. You are literally right on the beach so the view is obviously great. Really nice sand. Owner provides sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, skim boards, etc. there is also a washer and dryer so you can pack light. Lifeguards are there so you can worry less about the little ones that are just gaining independence around the ocean. The outdoor shower was real convenient. The barbecue grill works well. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great Location!

The property is in a great location on the boardwalk and very convenient access to the grocery store and restaurants/Lido Island is within walking distance. Inside the home has been remodeled and it was clean and equipped with a great kitchen.

Fully satisfied.

The property was right on the sand, it seemed to me in the best part of the beach on Balboa peninsula. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shops, including a well supplied grocery (Pavilions), but not so close as to hear noises. The apartment had a reasonable kitchen, TV's with HBO, and 2 full bathrooms. In addition there was an outside shower for washing off the sand before going into the house. Last, but not least, the owner, Diane, was very responsive and polite.

Great family vacation spot !!

This house was perfect for our three generation family vacation. Nice furnishings and amenities. Parking can be challenging, but otherwise everything was great -- especially the view / location !!

Outstanding Vacation Rental

This is a great vacation rental. Very clean, very well maintained, very comfortable and a great location. I've stayed here many times before and the unit is always maintained meticulously. I would not hesitate to rent it again.

Perfect family vacation rental

We have vacationed in Newport Beach for 15 years and have stayed at various rentals on the beach. The owner was introduced to us six years ago through a mutual friend. We were given a tour of the house and decided to switch to this beach house as it was immaculant with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen is well equipped, TV's in every room and a gas barbecue. It is a 5 minute walk to NewPort Pier with beautiful sunrises and sunsets almost everyday. We started with a one week rental and now rent for two weeks and considering three weeks! Patty K.

Perfect place for a family right on the beach

My family of 5 recently stayed at the lower unit of this Oceanfront property in Newport Beach. The owner met us on our arrival and let us into the unit. She gave us a tour of the house and was very helpful answering questions we had. The house was very clean and was well equipped with televisions in each room, wifi, washer & dryer and much more as represented on the website. The view from the front of the house was spectacular with 180 degree views of the ocean. The location was ideal to get to the market and was a few blocks from the pier. All in all we had a spectacular time at this house and we are talking about going again next summer. I recommend this house for your next vacation to Newport Beach.
