Enjoy your beautiful Newport Beach vacation at this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom bottom floor unit. Perfectly centered between the Balboa Fun Zone and the Balboa Pier. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the Balboa Pier , Balboa Ferry and bike rentals. This unit features an exclusive (i.e. not "shared") outdoor patio, updated furnishings, and open kitchen design! A designated two car tandem parking spots in the garage. Private washer and dryer. A propane BBQ with seating for 6 on the front patio. Balboa is a quaint, small beach town consisting of only 3 small blocks adjacent to the Balboa Pier. Here you can peruse the shops, restaurants, bars, and FUN Zone. Take in the views off of the Balboa Pier, rent a bike or a kayak, or go whale watching or deep sea fishing from the many boats that leave the Balboa Pavilion daily. SLP12104

Fun Zone!

Great house! Very clean and newly renovated with really pretty finishes in the bathrooms and kitchen. We loved that it had Air Conditioning! It also had everything we needed for the beach…a cooler, boogie boards, chairs, and a beach wagon. The only thing we didn’t love about the property was that it was nearly impossible to park in the garage because of the very narrow alleyway. We got the hang of it but it wasn’t easy. Our teenagers loved how close it was to the Fun Zone and we went over there every night for ice cream and treats.

Quiet and Perfect Location

Our family enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was well Equipped and the house was comfortable. Having a garage was convenient. We rented bicycles and enjoyed cycling the beach and walking the fun zone which is a 3 walk from property. Definitely recommend this property!

Great House in a Great Location

This house was perfect and the location was fantastic. One and a half blocks to the harbor and the same to the beach. Great kitchen and a garage which is a huge benefit for the area. The customer service was fantastic. The check in/access was easy. Everything was clean and comfortable. Five Stars.

Great location and house

It was a pleasant surprise to walk in and find out the house had AC. Very clean and perfect location, will come back. Two minor things to note: The tub near the garage is missing a drain and the garage is extremely difficult to get in and out of if you’re in anything larger than a sedan.

Summer Vacation

Our family had a great stay. We felt comfortable in the home and the surrounding area, walkable to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen had what we needed to cook and grill was great to have as well. The pictures do not show, there are boogie boards, wagon and balls to utilize on the beach in the garage, kids loved this. The only suggestion I would make, all of the beds need more supportive pillows. They were very small and flat. Overall our family had a wonderful stay. We will be back to Newport Beach.

Great Property

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place to stay in Newport Beach. Home was clean, comfortable, and everything was in good working order. Could hardly ask for a better location. While it's not right on the sand, the beach is only one minute away on foot, as well as the Balboa Island ferry and practically everything else you need (restaurants, shopping, etc). Perfect amount of space for 4-6 people. Property management agency can sometimes be hard to get ahold of, but they very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Birthday Celebration

Treated daughter and granddaughter with a stay at Balboa for their birthdays. The unit IS a gem of a find with everything you would want for a vacation at the beach. Location is prime on a very quiet street next to everything. We especially enjoyed starting the day on the front porch for morning coffee. Will be back!
