Welcome to The Roxy (formerly The Calypso)—a quaint, classic Topsail beach cottage with plenty of charm! This 4BR oceanfront bungalow is all about laid-back vibes, salty air, and simple coastal comfort—perfect for guests looking to unwind.

Freshly painted and updated with modern, cozy furniture, The Roxy still holds its classic beach-house soul. Sip coffee on the covered porch, stroll the private boardwalk to the sand, or kick back with a drink as the waves roll in—pure relaxation awaits!

BUGS - Please note that, as with many beach areas in North Carolina, occasional sightings of insects, including roaches, can occur. While we have regular pest control and take every measure to keep our home pest-free, the coastal climate can sometimes attract these unwelcome visitors, especially after storms or changes in weather. We want to ensure guests have a comfortable stay, so please reach out if you have any concerns during your visit!

For Families - Guests are provided with beach towels, 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys!

LOFT - there is a loft over the living area accessed by a ladder. This area is not for guest use and is remained locked. Please do not climb the ladder

Fantastic stay at The Roxy

We have stayed at a few places down in Topsail Beach (our favorite). For this trip we had a short window (Monday-Thursday) but we were so lucky to find The Roxy! It is absolutely charming with a perfect beach feel. Enjoyed waking up every morning to a gorgeous view of the beach/water. Loved the proximity to the pier for fishing, mini golf, and ice cream. Check in was easy - Lani is wonderful and so easy to communicate with - and she made everything simple for us and checked in periodically to make sure we had whatever we needed. The house was clean, cute and it’s hard to beat 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Absolutely loved our stay (wish it could have been longer) and will be looking to come back to The Roxy again!
