Sovrummet har en king size-säng med vackra vyer och en fransk dörr som leder till det avskärmade uteplats, har andra sovrummet 2 tvillingar (som kan göras till en kung) och det finns en dra ut soffan i vardagsrummet för gäster. Vi har också en mycket trevlig uppblåsbar säng. Snyggt inredda med en tropisk inredning. Uppvärmd pool under vintermånaderna, och en mycket lång sandstrand. Atlanten är bara några steg från denna enhet. Tennisbana. Trappor och hiss. Vi är också tvärs över gatan från en asfalterad cykelled och höger granne med Coco Plum Beach. Stränderna är skyddade på grund av havssköldpaddor och är naturliga.

Vissa senaste uppdateringarna ... 2 nya cyklar föra den totala upp till 4 Beach Cruisers, screenades lägenhet med en finare (20/20) insekt (no-se-um) bevis skärmsystem. Very homey. All essentials. Spotless as far as cleanliness goes. Beautiful views from master and front room. Enjoyed beach and pool. Steps to both. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect view!

This was the perfect condo! It had a wonderful view, awesome pool and perfect beach for the Keyes! We enjoyed shelling and just relaxing. So close to fun things to do and places to eat! The condo had everthing you need and was very comfortable and the beds were great!

Family trip to Marathon

My husband, 13 year old son and myself had a wonderful week at your condo. Everything we could possibly need for a beach trip was provided, they loved the kayak and I appreciated beach chairs and umbrella being there. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook in the condo but the local restaurar ants were so good we ate almost every meal out. The pool was perfect and we even played tennis! Thank you for helping us enjoy a week away in your beautiful condo.

Rental was as advertised, very clean unit with excellent amenities. I have no complaints as condo is in a great location, host was very helpful in that he provided great suggestions for the marathon environment, and he was very thorough in preparation instructions, both wife and myself were very impressed with this unit and felt it was very good value for the money paid.

Beautiful Water views!

This is a beautiful condo. Right on the Atlantic on Coco Plum beach. The view is amazing, overlooking pool, beach and ocean. Could fish, kayak and snorkel, equipment provided. Be sure to look though the extras closet. Our family of 4 were extremely comfortable. The king size bed was dreamy although my teens said their twin beds were not as comfy. The kitchen is well stocked, we cooked dinner twice but restaurants are a short drive and we enjoyed eating out.

Peaceful and quiet

Very nicely laid out, corner unit condo with pool and beach views. We liked being next to the park for long walks on the beach. When booking I thought we'd be able to bike to restaurants but we really couldn't. No fault of the condo, just was expecting to be closer to town. Marathon itself is a great town and in a perfect spot to be able to visit other places such as Key West, Islamorada, etc. We did have some minor maintenance issues that were responded to immediately during our stay.

Great find

We had a great stay. The property was available a couple of hours earlier than we planned, which is always a great surprise. Loved the location of the condo and it is a very quiet place to stay if that’s what you want. Kid friendly. Neighbors are so very kind. The 1D balcony faces south with a view of the pool, beach, and a calm sea that goes forever. You can see sunrise to the left and sunset to the right. The condo was impeccably clean when we arrived. The kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous as are the floors. The owners have thought of everything as far as updates and what is supplied to the unit. This includes everything in the kitchen, bathrooms, closets, and even ‘little charging stations’ next to the beds. We had a tandem kayak with life vests for all sizes of adults and children which we enjoyed using. Todd Stangl, the owner, is very nice, and great to communicate with. We will definitely consider staying here again if we get the opportunity.

Perfect Stay!

My husband and three daughters (22, 20 and 17) stayed at the condo from August 6 - August 13, 2022. Todd and Jamie were the perfect hosts! Clearly, it's very important to them that their guests have a wonderful stay. Todd is a very hands-on owner. While Todd and Jamie have a 24-hour local contact, Todd prefers to take care of any problems or requests himself. From the get-go, Todd was very responsive to all of my questions. And, talk about information, Todd was a wealth of it! From restaurants, to things to do, to supermarkets... We didn't have time to do all of the things that Todd recommended! The condo was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed, and then some. The views were beautiful. And the location was perfect, right in the middle of the Keys. The owners and fellow guests we met were super-friendly. During our week, we went to Aquarium Encounters, rented a fishing/snorkeling charter (I highly recommend Captain Jay's in Marathon), watched the sunset from the 7 Mile Walkway, hung out by the pool and beach, and took a day trip to Key West. The only downside, as others have mentioned, was the seaweed. The day before we got to the condo, Todd warned us about it with his apologies. Apparently, it was not typical. It was smelly, but not too bad. Even if we had known about the seaweed ahead of time, it wouldn't have prevented us from staying at the condo. The week went by way too fast! We'll always have the memories! Thank you Todd and Jamie for a perfect vacation!

Excellent location and amenities !!

We stayed at this Condo last week from 07/30/2022-08/06/2022 and had a great experience with the whole trip !! The Condo is at an excellent location & has all the amenities we needed. Todd was very clear and prompt with his communications. There was a lot of sea weed (which Todd had warned us ahead of our arrival) and had some smell because of it; but we kind of got used to it and understood that it is a natural process which usually does not happen in this magnitude during this time of year ! We loved hanging out at the pool and visiting with other travelers & tenants alike ! Being in the middle of the Keys was great so we could go in either direction without driving too long and enjoyed snorkeling in Key Largo & Sombrero Reef, driving 7 mile bridge multiple times during sunset, visiting Pine deer at night and a day trip to Key west !! We even enjoyed and shot a video of Manatees hanging out in the ocean right outside our balcony! Overall it was a wonderful stay for us and would love to re-visit in future. Thank you Todd & Jamie for a memorable experience for our family !

Great location

We enjoyed the condo and the location. The only draw back was the sea grass on the beach next to our unit. I just the would have cleaned it up better so didn’t have to go to the state parks as much. The unit was nice and updated and we had a great time!

Beautiful condo in a great location!! Condo had so many extras to make our stay great (bikes, kayak, beach chairs, fishing rods, etc). Exceptionally clean! Loved that it had paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags, etc! Thank you for a great week!!

Graduation vacation

We came to Marathon to celebrate our sons high school graduation. The condo is very nice- well stocked and clean. I think the biggest downfall for us was the ocean had piles of seaweed and there was a smell that wasn’t good at all! So, no good walks along the beach. We swam a lot in the pool and enjoyed many activities on the island.

Great condo with all the extras

Lovely, well-maintained condo with all the extras that make a trip perfect. We used the bikes, kayaks, cooler and snorkel equipment. Also appreciated the supply of beach towels so we could pack lighter. We loved the empty beach next door and not having any other resorts on that side of us.

Well, I am married to a great wife and have 4 adult children. We have been doing Vacation Rentals since 2012. We have 3 properties in Marathon, FL, two condos and a 4 bedroom house on the ocean. We spend a lot of time traveling, lately on our Harley. We are having the time of our lives with running our Vacation Rental Business and living the dream mostly in Wisconsin.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I first went to Marathon, Florida when I was 10 years old back in the 70's. My Brother had moved there and worked at Fisherman's Hospital. I fell in love with the ocean and snorkeling. Well he moved away from the Keys in the late 70's and I had never been back. I rented a place in Marathon around 2009 and took my family down there for Spring Break. They had the time of their lives! So the opportunity to buy this unit came up and I fell in love with the view and the location. I actually put an offer on the Unit without actually seeing it, other than in Pictures. The Condo is right next to a Natural long beach in Marathon. This was too good to be true. So I took the risk and bought the unit... The rest is history.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This unit has the Million Dollar View... The pool, Palm Trees, Beach and the Ocean! It is quite Amazing. Right next to the unit is a hidden pond/lake. There is a lot of Wildlife that lives, tucked away, back there. Also, there is the Coco Plum Beach. This is a Natural (protected) beach and is about a mile long. We are the last place next to this protected beach. Large Sea Turtles will lay their eggs up in the sand so Marathon protects this habitat. Also, you can wade in the water and fish right in front of the unit and actually catch fish. Just use some shrimp and you will be sure to get a bite. I caught a baracuda and a puffer fish last time I was there.

We are located right next to a bike path. I have 2 bicycles and a 10ft. tandem Kayak to use as well.
