Guest access
You have access to the entire space. All rooms, garage, backyard, and pool.

Other things to note
The charge for heating the pool is $100 a night. You'll want to communicate in advance if you would like the pool heated and for which nights.

The charge for pets is $200 per stay. Please let me know ahead of time so I can give a heads up to our cleaning crew and add the fee through the resolution center.

Not a party house! No loud or disruptive behavior will be tolerated. Neighbors must be respected at all times.
