4.8 stars! Property is in a great location convenient to Old Town, shopping, casinos, and spring training facilities. Communication was excellent and the house was clean. The reason for less than 5 stars is 2 out of the 3 lights in the kitchen were burned out, the pots and pans need an upgrade and a set of steak knives would have been useful. Other than that I would definitely choose this property again for a fantastic stay in Scottsdale.

Overall it’s a very nice house, however the carpets in every room were worn and stained black (carpet is supposed to be a tan/greyish color), which grossed me out. So much to where I didn’t want to walk barefoot. My toddlers socks were also black after one day of walking on the floors. The couch is 3 pieces and it’s not attached so you have to be careful where you sit or you could fall through, the pieces move quite a bit.

Spring break stay

Overall had an enjoyable time. Property was nice and conveniently located to mall and restaurants. One piece of feedback is there were no lounge or chaise lounges in pool area like in picture.
