☆ Our neighborhood is very safe, without many houses around, and very close to all attractions.
☆ Although our property is very secluded, it is also very accessible and close to the main roads.
☆ There is not much light pollution, so the stars are incredible at night!
☆ Hundreds of acres of beautiful desert await you outside your door. The surrounding landscape is the most impressive feature of this property

Most destinations can be reached with a standard car. You do not need a four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle to get around in the high desert. However, please be prepared for the possibility of encountering bumpy roads, it`s essential to drive at a slower pace and exercise caution.
✦ We are an off-grid property that uses 100% solar energy, a septic system, and water from a tank. Although we have a great system, we ask that you use electricity responsibly – turn off unnecessary lights during the day and when you go out.
✦ Please do not hook up Unnecessary items that consume a lot of electricity. We do have a large water tank but please use water respectfully – no long showers and use water only when necessary.
✦ Please make sure you turn off the lights and the HVHC systems when you are not inside the trailer.
✦ Pack n Play and high chair provided upon request
✦ Dogs ♡ Your dog is welcome and there is a one-time fee, Please add your dog to the reservation. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.
✦ Our pool and spa maintenance services are twice a week.
It takes about 10 minutes to service and will be performed in the outdoor area only.
