Relax with family or friends in this 3 level, five bedroom townhouse. This beach-vibe townhome is completely furnished with brand new furniture, mattresses and a brand new refrigerator. There is also an extra fridge in the garage to keep your goodies and beverages nice and cold!
The deck offers additional relaxation with comfy patio furniture, a tiki umbrella and new grill. The view from the deck is peaceful and private, overlooking a well landscaped lawn and pond.

New for summer 2025: Basement area will be completed in Spring 2025. Basement offers additional living space, including 2 bedrooms, full and half bath and a large rec room with TV. More space for more fun!

The property is conveniently located to the various beaches of Rehoboth/Lewes/Dewey, tons of stores at the Tanger Outlet Shopping and a variety of great restaurants.

Easily walk to to the large community pool, sports courts and playground. Whatever you're looking for it is probably here!

The house is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 miles), downtown Rehoboth and the outlets!

We offer 6 bikes and beach chairs. so in addition to the beach you and your guests can also enjoy the various bike trails such as the the Junction and Breakwater Trail which goes into Lewes or Rehoboth, or biking along Coastal HIghway to Bethany or bike thevGordon's Pond trail from Rehoboth to Cape Henlopen State Park.

No pets are allowed.

There is free parking available for two vehicles as well as ample parking on the street.

Please note that this home resides in a noise sensitive area and the owners participate in a Good Neighbor protection program. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors.

Due to local HOA requirements guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
