Great stay in Kingston Plantation!

Great unit in excellent proximity to all of the resort amenities! Great response from property manager with any questions. Would recommend and would absolutley stay again!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would not recommend renting this condo until they do some deeper cleaning and repairs. The large outside deck which was one of the features that excited us was a big disappointment. The furniture was full of mildew and could not be used. There were no umbrellas as shown in pictures. The deck itself was also very dirty and moldy. The second deck was not accessible unless you moved furniture. The dishwasher did not work unless you put the dial on normal, which took us a few days to figure out. There was a blue substance that was spilled on a bed pillow and dresser in the downstairs second bedroom. We had to do significant cleaning when we arrived... We have rented several condos at Kingston and this was the worst experience we had.

Great Memorial Day Weekend Getaway!!

House was beautifully laid out for a family stay. The description should note that it is only a block and a half walk to the beach with the hotel and amenities you have access to. Also a good size grocery store is only one mile(also with a fresh bagel store in the same plaza)wish we could have stayed longer!!

We all enjoyed our stay. Loved the shuttle service as I cannot walk long distances without pain. The condo was just what we were looking for. Big thank you to the office staff for her quick and pleasant service

Wonderful Experience

Our stay was absolutely WONDERFUL! The house was so beautiful, inviting and cozy. I booked the place for us and they were in AW when they say it and even wanted to stay longer. The rooms were large. They rooms were private, but within reach that we could all feel like we were together. It was an open and warm feeling.

Outstanding location- Codo needs an update

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this was my first time in Myrtle Beach; the location of this condo couldn't have been better. the relationship between the condo and Hilton was a big plus. The interaction with the hotel staff was on brand and what one would come to expect. There were many issues with the condo itself from a safety and or cleanliness perspective. So would I rebook, yes to this area but not to this specific condo unless the issues were resolved.

Gorgeous, light filled space. Very responsive hosts. Everything we needed in the kitchen for 8 people for the week (and we cooked all but 2 meals there over our 7 days). Lots of space in the unit plus 2 decks with comfortable furniture inside and out. The washer and dryer, dish washer, and garbage disposal were all welcome amenities for our family. The decks could use some maintenance but it’s hard to keep everything in pristine order that close to the ocean! Very easy walk to the beach. Our grandkids loved the pools, slides and splash pad. We loved the gorgeous grounds with trails, ponds, flowers, and trees. We played pickleball and had a blast but there were lots of other activities to do, as well! FYI - if you recycle, we couldn’t find anything on site, but there was a free drop off through Horry County about a mile away which was super convenient! And if you shop the Tanger Outlets are only a mile away, too.
