Ligger på 1: a våningen vilket gör det bekvämt för lastning och lossning av bagage / matvaror och för barn och äldre vuxna. Det är också bekvämt beläget för snabb åtkomst till gymmet, tennisbanor, volleybollplan och en kort och vacker promenad till stranden och golfbanan.

Den är nyligen målad, har nya soffor, mattor och draperier. Vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa, väggmonterad, platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Den har ett däck för att njuta av utsikten. Master Suite har king size-säng, privat badrum, platt-TV, DVD-spelare, Ipod väckarklocka, med utsikt över en vacker parkliknande miljö. 2: a sovrummet har två sängar i full storlek med TV, DVD-spelare och angränsande badrum. Tredje sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar, TV och DVD-spelare. Fullt utrustat kök och ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Vår Kingston Plantation Villa ligger på en 145 tunnland stor, gated, master planerad resort vid havet. Det har bekvämligheter och bekvämligheter i hemmet med alla bekvämligheter i en lyxig resort inklusive kabel, trådlöst höghastighetsinternet, havs- och poolkafé som inkluderar daglig underhållning under våren och sommaren och aktiviteter för både barn och vuxna. Quiet and Comfortable

This villa was as advertised. The decor is a bit dated, but gives the “comfy/lived-in feeling” and not the “I better not touch anything or it will break feeling.” It has everything you might need from dishes and cookware to coffee and condiments to all things beach-towels, umbrella, chairs, bucket, cooler, sunscreen and bug spray. The location was quietly nestled in the trees closer to the front of Kingston but made it perfect for feeling secluded. It was a very short walk to the beach along a street or path, or short drive to park and carry stuff to the beach. I would stay here again and recommend it for a lowkey family beach getaway.

Kingston condo

Beautiful area, and great condo neighborhood with lots of amenities. Close to shops and restaurants, too. The condo was comfortable and had plenty of space for our family to enjoy being together. Definitely recommend as a place to stay at Myrtle Beach!

Short stay

Only able to stay 3 nights but the property was great, short walk about 10 mins to the beach. Beach was not to crowded. Nice, quite neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants and other attractions. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

The place was great all the extras was well worth it.

It was great loved the place we stay because it was easy in and easy out.The villa was very nice and cozy,they had beach chairs, sand toys,umbrella,etc for you to use at no extra charge. We will be going again in in fall and would book again if available.

This is our second time in our six year stay that we have stayed at a facility rented by the host. This time was just as enjoyable as the other. We appreciate the amenities, promptness of communication, ease of access to the facility and the joy my family had between my organization training sessions. Fantastic getaway

This unit was super ready for our family's vacation. Extras were left so we didn't have to purchase large quantities of items (for example ziploc bags) when we only needed 1. Communication with owner was easy. They were super responsive. Having access to extra beach items came in super handy as the lifeguard didn't allow our canopy. Would stay here again!

All the little things!

The smallest details were thought of. Fully equipped kitchen. all utensils. Check the cabinets/drawers before you go shopping they may have it already.. The simplest things mean the the most; when I saw wet wipes and spray in the bathrooms; I was impressed. LOL... Seriously all the rooms very clean. Multi outlet plugs for your charger and if you can't find your base a spot for the usb cord.. The Pull-out couch was very comfortable. Extra pillows and blankets. There was even a mini COVID supplies area; Extra Face masks, Hand Sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and sun screen. Thanks for sharing your condo!

Beach Week

This 3 bedroom unit proved to be a perfect unit for my family. The bedrooms had some space between them, allowing all of us a little extra privacy, and the kitchen was more than adequate for the meals we prepared in house. The owners were quick to respond to a few minor unforeseen issues that occurred during our stay. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the pool and around 10 minutes to the ocean!

It’s a very nice condo. First floor made it very convenient. Very close to everything. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Everything you need to feel at home.

Very spacious and lots of extras

This villa is very nice. The extra 3rd bedroom gave all my family space. The only issue we had was very small and fixed quickly. The TV in one of the bedrooms did not work. The microwave did not work very well. We did get a new TV and let them know about the microwave. Everything else was great and they even had extras in the villa. Kingston was under construction so there were only a couple of pools open and one small bar. That part was very disappointing.

Wonderful Stay

Enjoyed our time at this villa. We were staying for an event at the nearby Hilton. This villa gave us all the comforts of home (unlike a Hotel room) with just a 5 minute walk to the Hilton and the beach.

Nice stay

Nice place. Nice to have water toys, beach chairs, cooler, wagon and beach towels to use. Short walk to beach, pools, and and volleyball courts. No grilling allowed which is sad for a vacation place. Boys were not allowed to ride rip sticks in neighborhood roadways to get places. Overall we had a nice stay.

Not the greatest

While pictures are accurate rooms were very dusty linens were dirty, back up linens in the closet were also dirty. Both bathrooms were left with a minimum amount of toilet paper on the roll and no extra supply. Upstairs neighbors were super noisy. Our highlight of the property was the amazing man working the guard station. Location was great and very close to the beach. Not the worst place we’ve ever stayed but definitely disappointed.
