St. James Park 2 sovrum, 2 badrum villa i vackra Kingston Plantation, en 145 tunnland gated ocean front resort community. Denna villa på bottenvåningen ligger i en lugn återvändsgränd i St. James Park community. Vår villa har trägolv i vardagsrum, matsal och båda sovrummen. Köket och badrummen har klinkergolv. Uppdaterade skåp och bänkskivor i granit i kök och badrum, nya rostfria vitvaror, 50 "väggmonterad smart-tv (med roku) i vardagsrummet och 32" väggmonterade tv-apparater i båda sovrummen (2: a sovrummet med roku). Det rymliga sovrummet sviten har en king size-säng med kustinspirerade sängar. Den intilliggande badrummet har dubbla handfat och en dusch / badkar alla med uppdaterade armaturer. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng och en dubbelsäng. Det andra badrummet har en enda handfat och dusch / badkar med uppdaterade armaturer. Vår villa har en privat täckt carport steg från ytterdörren. Poolen vid St. James ligger rätt ut vår bakdörr. En oceanfront pool är också tillgänglig för din användning och ligger mellan North Hampton och South Hampton torn. Den nya hälsoklubben är tillgänglig (78 Fitness) för din användning för en nominell avgift, samt ett nytt, vackert spa (Spa33) där du kan njuta av en rad spa-tjänster. Havet är en kort, lätt promenad där du kan njuta av en 1/2 mil av vackra breda vita sandstränder. Känn dig fri att använda strandstolar och strandtillbehör i förvaringsskåpet utanför ytterdörren. Alla sängkläder och handdukar ingår, liksom gratis Wifi. Koppla av på vår privata däck omgiven av skuggiga träd och välskötta grunder. Eller promenera ner till sjön strax utanför vår villa och njut av lugnet och skönheten i plantagen.

SPLASH-parken och Embassy Suites-poolen är reserverad för hyresgästerna med hjälp av Kingston Plantation Rental Program. VRBO / Home Away gäster kan använda st. James Park pool och havet poolen ligger mellan North Hampton och South Hampton torn. Njut av allt Myrtle Beach har att erbjuda och sedan komma tillbaka till lugnet och fridfullheten i plantagen.

Wonderful family vacation

The location of this 2-bedroom villa was perfect - the St. James pool was right outside the door and the ocean and Apache Pier was a 5 minute walk. Shopping and restaurants were plentiful nearby. The villa was very clean and had all the things we needed to prepare our meals. It was nice to park the car in a covered carport as well. There is a lot of beach equipment available, including chairs and a cart to haul things to the beach. My granddaughter enjoyed the boogie boards and sand toys on our trips to the beach! The unit has updated bathrooms and A/C, and the beds were very comfortable. The updated kitchen was well stocked and the dining area was large and comfortable. Lynn is a great host and communicated very promptly with instructions that were easy to follow to make our check-in worry free. Highly recommend this unit and we will likely return.

Relaxing Getaway

We really enjoyed the villa at Kingston Plantation, it was very roomy for a family of 4. The pool and ocean were within walking distance, the car port was nice during rain, the villa was very clean and had all the amenities of home. Lynn was excellent to work with and very prompt on her responses. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

Long Weekend Family trip

We (my family of 4 adults) stayed at this villa in Kingston Plantation for the second time. We were so impressed with this villa on the first stay, we decided to come back again! This place is very clean and up to date...the owners have taken great care to make this place beautiful. Communication is excellent and the owners encouraged us to contact them with any questions or concerns. I would recommend this villa to anyone....you will not be disappointed!

Great condo is Kingston Plantation

I have stayed in Kingston Plantation a few times and Myrtle Beach generally several times. This is the best rental we have had anywhere. Maybe a five minute walk to the beach and 30 seconds to the pool. The condo was exceptionally clean, plenty of room for four adults and two children, and had everything we could possibly need for our trip. Lynn always provided me information before I thought about it and was quick to respond if I had a question. I would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in MB.

Hidden gem at Kingston

Cozy well appointed and extremely close to the pool and a short walk to the ocean. Much better than staying in the high rises. Perfect for the family especially with kids. Will definitely return next year.

Wonderful Stay

So much good to say about this villa and especially the owners. Lynn was fantastic. She even remembered it was going to be my Wife’s birthday during our stay and wished her a happy birthday. Plus, they were very responsive and understanding when we decided to extend our stay (Twice!). Their villa is outstanding. Very clean, open, and very conveniently located with the pool right around the corner within walking distance. We will definitely stay again, and again, and again…ha,ha.

Great place for family fun

Clean/beautiful home away from home

We have stayed in Kingston Plantation for many years. Usually, West Hyde Park or Richmond Park. However, this by far was our favorite stay and will hopefully be able to continue to stay for years to come. The property is exceptionally clean. At every other location we always had many problems with what they call Palmetto bugs but what we Ohioans call cockroaches lol -at this property we saw a couple outside and that was it. It was a huge relief. Not only was the property exceptionally clean but it is just beautiful. From the decor to the outside balcony that looks straight at the beautiful pool, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Another thing that no other condo has provided us in the past is beach chairs or beach towels, along with laundry detergent dish soap etc. this property had everything. It was nice that they had a little area with paper and pens and scissors because you don’t realize how often you use scissors and don’t take them on vacation with you. The owners truly thought of everything before renting out their property. Also dealing with the owners was an absolute delight. They were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and providing details on arrival and departure. The neighbors were all extremely kind and like I said, a 10 second walk to the pool and a few minute walk to the beach really came in handy. This property by far was the cleanest but also the most beautiful location we have yet stayed in Kingston plantation. St. James Park is definitely one of the nicest areas of Kingston plantation and we have wanted to stay there for years, this year we were blessed with being able to stay there and now have found somewhere that we would like to stay over and over again. It truly felt like home for a few days.

Perfect setting
