Om boendet

Vårt sjöhus ligger i en liten avskild gated community i Turtlehead. Vi ligger på en säker mysig vik med enkel åtkomst till huvudkroppen i Lake Keowee. Båtliv, skidåkning och fiske är lätt tillgängliga direkt från vår brygga. Huset är en mycket kort promenad till bryggan och sjön, med cirka 20 steg från huset. Sjön är också tillgänglig med en golfvagn och en vagnsväg från uppfarten direkt till bryggan. Turtlehead har också en båtlansering av gemenskapen med kurvbrygga. Det finns en grannskapspool tvärs över gatan.

Hemmet är utmärkt för en semester i flera generationer. Bra åtkomst för alla. Mycket barnvänligt. Tre nivå hem, med helt färdig lägre nivå. Satellit-TV-tjänst, med 2 tv-apparater, alla med VHS / DVD-spelare.

5 sovrum:
1. Stort sovrum på bottenvåningen, med king size-säng, jacuzzi och dusch.
2. Kung sovrum på övre plan.
3. Drottning Sovrum på övre plan med spjälsäng och bäddsoffa med rulla säng.
4. Kung sovrum på lägre nivå.
5. Drottning sovrum på lägre nivå med två enkelsängar plus en uppsättning våningssängar.
Plus en öppen våningssäng på lägre nivå med 3 uppsättningar våningssängar.

På bottenvåningen finns ett stort öppet vardagsrum med kök och familjerum. Det finns en eldstad och fantastiska fönster med utsikt över sjön. En TV med DVD / VCR är tillgänglig. Utanför bottenvåningen finns ett öppet däck med gasgrill och en avskärmad veranda med bord och stolar för att äta ute utomhus. Fantastisk utsikt över sjön och båtbryggan.

Den övre nivån har som sittgrupp, plus 2 sovrum och fullt delat badrum.

Den lägre nivån är klar med 2 sovrum, badrum, våningssäng, airhockey bord, Foosball bord och ett underhållningsområde med TV och DVD / VCR. Det finns ett lägre däckområde med verandasving från den lägre nivån. Utsikt över sjön och båtbryggan.

Great place for secluded vacation

Just an overall amazing experience with all of the amenities you would want to spend quality time on Lake Keowee. Managers are wonderful to work with, and the property is well-kept, clean, and in the perfect location. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and generosity.

Amazing lake house

We had the best vacation at this lake house. The house was perfect for our group. We loved the huge kitchen island open to the living area, all the sleeping spaces, the dock, but most importantly the view from the decks. My favorite thing was to sit on the screened in porch with my coffee and just look at the beautiful lake. We can't wait to go back!

Great place to stay for a family vacation or reunion

We had a great time on the lake swimming, canoeing and kayaking. We rented a boat for tubing. The house was well equipped with all we needed. The outdoor shower was helpful as we had a large family staying in the basement & the one bathroom was not adequate for all of them. An added plus was the community swimming pool, just across the street. We all had a great time and plan to come again.

Absolutely amazing

Everything about our trip was perfect. The property is so conveient being right on the lake and the layout of the house made everyones stay so convenient. Communication was fast and easy and the house info and instructions were very informative and made the whole process a breeze.

Great Spot on Lake Keowee

What a terrific week we had enjoying the Bain’s lake house. From the great views and the well-appointed home, to the swimming pool just across the street, we can find nothing negative to say. We hope we can return with our family again soon!

Perfect getaway for multigenerations

The property was gorgeous and well stocked with everything we needed as we celebrated our parents 50th anniversary and Easter with all of the kids and grandkids. Plenty of space to spread out within the house. Everyone enjoyed fishing from the dock. Views were gorgeous of Lake Keowee.

Great house for holiday family getaway

This house was perfect! It was very large and had a great layout to support 3 generations of family. The view of the lake every morning at sunrise was breathtaking, as well as the sunset from the fire pit. I have to admit, based on the pictures we were thinking this would be just a typical lake house. However we were pleasantly surprised to see a very bright and open feeling house. We loved it and hope to come back.

Wonderful experience at a beautiful home!

Beautiful, large home with access to water on Lake. Keowee, with all of the amenities for an extremely fun, comfortable, and relaxing stay. We truly enjoyed our time there, and appreciated the welcoming atmosphere, the care, and considerations by the homeowners. A truly wonderful home that provided for some fun experiences and memories, and we are so grateful!

Excellent Location and Home

We just got home from our week vacation here. We had a wonderful time and made excellent memories that we will cherish! Everyone from all age groups had plenty of things to do to keep busy and no one was bored. The house is located at the northern tip of the lake where all the sight seeing is. We were tucked away enough to feel like we had our own private portion of the lake but not far away from all the action! The house had plenty of room for everyone and everyone felt like they had enough space also all could gather together on the main floor without feeling cramped. We are considering make this our family vacation spot as long as it’s available.

great home for a family reunion

The home was well furnished and met most all of our needs. The dryer was not working initially, but the owner got a repairman there quickly. We loved the view of the lake and the neighborhood pool across the street. We will be back!!

Amazing Trip!

This house and the owners were nothing short of amazing! The house was clean and beautiful. The massive windows overlooked the lake and we sat out on the screened porch for hours at a time. The owners' communication with us was timely and clear. If you are looking for a place for a group of 10-20 it would be hard to imagine finding any place nicer than this one.

Our family has enjoyed our lake house for the past 21 years. As our family has grown, (now with grandchildren) we continue to use our lake house for family vacations and reunions. We love boating, fishing and water sports. We live near Atlanta and find the 2 hour drive makes for an easy weekend get-a-way.

We did not buy this as a vacation rental, but as a second home, a get-a-way and vacation home for our family and friends. We had known Lake Keowee as a beautiful lake. It has sparkling clean water with peaceful surroundings of the nearby mountains. We are now making it available for a limited number of weeks as a rental vacation home.

Our lake house is unique situated at the mouth of a peaceful deep water cove with great access to the main body of Lake Keowee. We are surrounded by several Cliffs Communities with its upscale homes and amenities. Our home can offer either a quiet restful get-a-way, or an active lakefront vacation.
