Pocono Place combines the rustic charm of a Poconos cabin w/ modern luxury finishes. Located in the beautiful community of Locust Lake Village in Pocono Lake, this is the perfect place for a family or friends' vacation.

When you arrive, you’ll pull into the gravel circle drive. There’s also ample parking on both sides of the home—the property accommodates 8 cars total.

The kitchen offers new Quartz countertops and features a large eating area that opens to the family room. The dining room table seats 8, with two additional seats at the bar of the kitchen.

Multiple ski areas, including Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski areas, are just 15 minutes from the house, and it’s only 25 minutes from Camelback Mountain Resort, Kalahari Resort (and indoor water park), and Great Wolf Lodge.

We welcome up to two dogs for $200 per stay for one pet, and an additional $50 for the second pet. We do not allow cats or any other non-dog pets. Please message us with your dog's breed, age, and name prior to check-in.

Per Locust Lake Community rules, all guests need to complete Pre-registration online no later than 48 hours prior to the check-in date in order to access the neighborhood and the home. Failure to register in this timeframe will result in a $35 late registration fee which will be the responsibility of the renter. Last minute reservations made less than 72 hours in advance will incur that same $35 fee. Failure to register at all or registering in person at the office will result in a $250 fee that will be the responsibility of the renter.

Registration with the community is free for the first 6 guests. If your party includes more than 6 guests, you will need to pay a fee of $9/person for each additional guest.

Each car must be registered for a parking pass. Security will have a list of the cars that are registered at each address. The office will charge $5/Car /stay.

Each rental will receive 6 complimentary amenities wristbands (good for 6 people for the whole stay). This provides access to beaches, trash removal, clubhouse activities, and parking. All guests ages 12 & up are required to have wristbands for using community amenities. If your party has more than 6 people, you’ll need to purchase additional wristbands for access to the amenities.

Quiet hours in the village are from 10pm-8am and are strictly enforced by 24-hour security. We have also installed a noise and cigarette smoke detector for additional coverage.

PA state law requires fishing licenses to fish (guests can purchase temporary fish licenses at Pocono boat house, a store nearby).
