An Amazing Location with Absolutely Every Amenity

The Broadway Farmhouse was a wonderful retreat for our immediate family get-together. It is a beautiful property with something for everyone. Beautiful gardens, a lovely swimming pool, an extensive garden, an amazing game-room, henhouse, and a great fire-pit where we spent every evening making s'mores under the stars. The farmhouse is very child friendly with cribs, high chairs, toys, games, and emergency items you may have forgotten to bring. Everyone in our family from an infant, a toddler, parents, grandparents, and a nanny had an adventure to remember. Many thanks for your hospitality!

We visited the property with multiple couples and it was spacious with everyone having a nice bedroom to stay. Beautiful property with top notch amenities. Did not get to try the pool as it was a bit cool during the time of year we visited. Short drive to the city center. Game room was fun and in good shape.

Amazing stay

This home and property are outstanding. The check in was easy. Amber was helpful before, during and after our stay! I can’t say enough good things about this Farmhouse. We had four couples, a toddler and a baby. We had room to roam, lots of places to gather together or hang out separately. There is a pool, fire pit, game room, sand pile, a garden and even chickens! Everything was clean and updated. We had everything we needed to cook on the property, but we were close enough to downtown Sonoma to pop over for wine tasting, coffee, or a meal. I would stay longer next time!

Every luxury provided!

The Broadway Farmhouse was perfect in every way. Every possible comfort is provided, a wonderful spot for our family at Thanksgiving. Plenty of space, activity options, and a stunningly beautiful property.

Beautiful, well stocked property

The amenities that the kitchen offered were fantastic and allowed us to cook a family meal. We weren’t short of one tool that we looked for. The property itself is serene, well designed and taken care of with many activities to keep all ages busy. I hope to make another visit back!

This is the best house we have ever stayed at - it has everything!! It is so well maintained, the home is absolutely stunning, the beds are comfortable, and the stars at night are like nothing I’ve seen before. Having fresh eggs was such a treat. I cannot recommend utilizing this home enough. It’s a great place for a families as well as adults. The host was wonderful as well. You’ll love it!

Perfect stay and beautiful home

We stayed here while up in Napa for our wedding weekend. Everything was the Broadway house was perfect. The house was perfectly clean and was equipped with everything you can think of in the kitchen and bathrooms. We loved using the space to host our closest friends and family and would recommend to anyone looking to have a special trip in the area :)

Beautiful property, very peaceful!

Our family of 6 traveled in from OK and VA for a family vacation. We visited wineries, had delicious meals and relaxed! The chickens were fun to see, the house was spacious and comfortable for breakfasts and watching football and movies at night. We ate s’mores the last night by the fire pit! The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We did a grocery order and picked it up on our way in. Overall it was a spectacular vacation!

Amazing property, excellent location, can’t wait to stay here again!

This property made us feel right at home and was exactly what we were looking for in this family trip. We enjoyed the large kitchen area every day and the kids enjoyed the pool and game room every opportunity they could. The house is clean, rooms are comfortable, and the location was perfect for our trip. Everyone in the group said they’d stay here again in a heartbeat. We had a couple questions throughout our stay and Amber answered them quickly. If you’re looking for a property in the area and it’s within your budget don’t hesitate to book this place.

Fabulous Property

After a full day of wine tasting, this home was the perfect retreat to unwind and recharge. The pool is absolutely stunning, and the Jacuzzi is the ideal spot to relax. The house is also fully equipped with everything you need, and the layout provides comfort and privacy, allowing everyone to truly enjoy their stay. Such an amazing property!

I can't imagine anything this property didn't have! Space for groups of people to be together, but also have alone time, high end finishes, hot tub/pool, fitness room, supplies, even farm fresh eggs! We LOVED our stay and hope to return.

Wonderful Family Experience

Great farmhouse set on beautiful property! All the amenities for a perfect early holiday with family! Game room perfect for rainy days! Great layout of bedrooms with separate cottage and pool house! Hot tub was nice for chilly evening. Definitely a place we will come back to visit!

Exquisite stay at a beautiful compound

We rented this property for a girls getaway ranging in age from 30’s to age 93.The main house is bright and open. It is furnished tastefully and immaculate throughout. The beds were very comfortable and every detail had been considered. The other two bedrooms were in cottages and were well furnished and private.The pool is really fun and we enjoyed having fresh eggs from the hens on the property.We would love to visit again soon.

Our stay at the Broadway Farmhouse was amazing!

The Broadway Farmhouse is a great destination for a trip to the Sonoma/Napa Valley! The house, the cottage and the pool house offered premier sleeping quarters for our family and friends. Amber has done a fabulous job decorating and providing all the amenities you could possibly need during your stay! The house is cozy and comfortable…we didn’t want to leave! The outdoor patios and fire pit allowed for evening chats and a glass of wine! The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful for relaxing! This property exceeded our expectations and we look forward to staying here again! Thank you Amber!

We didn't stay long enough

Fantastic property. Our group of 8 had a great time. Tons of room and great property with lots of get away spaces. We came in from the East Coast and having the chef and server come in the first night was awesome so we could just unwind and enjoy the property. The exercise room, pool and hot tub were excellent. Wished we could have stayed longer.
