What a lovely house to rent for our business retreat. It was spacious with lovely views and comfortable bedding. Having the kitchen table for our daily meetings and the living room for presentations on the large TV was perfect. Thank you!

This house is perfect for a large group. We had 15 people and absolutely enjoyed every day we were there. From the outside firepit watching the sunset to the hot tub and indoor pool. We even used the game room, but our favorite was sitting around the dining room table and large living area just catching up with each other. Pamela is absolutely the best host! Excellent communication! We look forward to booking another trip with her at one of her other properties. Great linens, easy check-in and out process, fully stocked with dishes, and just about anything else you will need in the kitchen. The views were amazing. You will fall in love with Santa Fe...if you haven't already!

I would highly recommend this property for any groups or large families visiting Santa Fe. The house was somehow even better than we could have imagined and Pam is an extremely responsive and welcoming host. I could not have imagined a better place for our getaway!

Wondeful stay! Property exceeded expectations in every way. Host was incredibly responsive and accomodating. Breathtaking views no matter what direction you look made it tough to ever leave the property.

What a beautiful home! We loved every minute of our stay. The attention to detail, quality soaps, sheets, and overall ambiance of the property was superb. Plus it's just a short distance from the airport and only 15 minutes from downtown. Thank you Pam for being such a lovely host; we can't wait to come back.

Four nights in paradise! Extended family all met in Santa Fe for a pre-Christmas celebration. The house was perfect for our needs. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, playground and game room. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking in. Grand and elegant but super comfortable. Fireplace and outdoor fire pit were enjoyed on cool nights. Location felt remote but just minutes off Rte. 25 and less than 15 minutes to downtown. Host was responsive and helpful.

Pros - house was big, outdoor space was nice. We had some wonderful dinners outside and really enjoyed stargazing at night. Host is very responsive.Cons - we were expecting more of an upscale luxury house given the price point (over 2k per night). Some areas were more updated than others, but a lot of rooms/bathrooms are probably original to the house (guessing 50 years). Kitchen cabinets need a good overhaul. The feel is more of rustic lodge than remodeled home.The biggest issue we had was keeping the house cool (we visited in July). All the rooms in the house basically open up to the indoor pool. Unfortunately, by noon or so every day, the pool room became extremely hot and humid, since there are ceiling windows that can't be covered and it creates a greenhouse. The mini split a/c is woefully undersized and not able to keep up, so in order to keep the rest of the house cool we had to keep all the doors shut to the pool area which made the house feel much more like a hotel rather than an open concept home. Same issue with the game room. It is a converted garage with no temperature control and lots of windows, so don't expect to use it other than in the early morning and later at night.

Excellent work and play space

This place was perfect for a seven academics working on a book project. Fully stocked with everything needed to work, play, and commune with colleagues and friends while also having enough rooms (stocked with fridges and coffee maker) for privacy and alone time. Some of us began the day writing, while others did yoga or walking on the treadmill looking out the window at the beautiful landscape. In between meetings with the group, some took a dip in the pool while others went shopping in town. Lots of good indoor and outdoor workspace. We spent one night making s’mores around the fire pit and star-watching. Don’t pass this place up! What a gem!

The house was amazing. We had a large group and there was plenty of room and lots to do. The outside is as cool as the inside. The kitchen was equipped for an army and we used the exercise equipment and games in the house and garage.We had a wonderful time and loved the house!
