A very nice, very accommodating condo between town and the river. What stands out most is how well stocked the kitchen was! Perfect for the traveler who is not able to bring everything with them but would like to prepare a meal or two at home.

Host was responsive and lovely. Condo was as advertised; very clean, well appointed and organized. Great location, we parked and walked to South Main for dinner and drinks, and also to downtown, and to the river trails for hiking/dogwalking. Unit was great for a chill dog and very quiet inside.

To start we have been using VRBO for travel accommodations since the late-1980s. Brian is one of the best hosts we have ever experienced. He is clearly accessible and truly wants his renters to have the best experience he can provide. Additionally, he understands how to be a good provider by being readily available to assist with any questions and needs. All of our communication before, during and after our stay were via text that was clearly written and understandable. As hard as it is to do through texting, Brian’s positive and friendly personality shown through in all our communications. His property was exactly as described. Well maintained with modern décor throughout providing for the creature comforts necessary for a comfortable stay.It is a large 2 bdrm ground floor condo with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The large u-shaped kitchen is well appointed with up-to-date appliances and all the expected gadgetry, etc. I was pleasantly surprised to find among the traditional counter-top equipment that a well-rated air-fryer was in place. Both bedrooms were comfortable solidly built beds with very comfortable mattresses. We slept well. The bathroom was centrally to all the sleeping areas. The walk-in shower was large. The living area was pleasantly decorated. The WiFi was solid and TV access excellent being user/app friendly through the choice of Roku for access.Brian provides a very positive 5-Star rental experience from start to finish.

This is a fantastic unit. Probably the most well-stocked kitchen I’ve ever had in a rental. I like to cook at home and this unit had everything (pots, pans, sheet pans, air fryer, install-pot, blender, coffee maker, Keurig…). Great location just a short (5 min) walk to downtown. Brian’s a great host! I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in BV.
