Whether youâre hiking the Collegiate Peaks, fly fishing the Arkansas, or soaking in nearby hot springs, this comfortable and well-equipped retreat makes it easy to unwind and explore. The condo is in the Princeton Place Condos complex. There are 32 units in the complex. The condo is three blocks from downtown Main Street and a five-minute walk to South Main Street. the location is amazing!

Guest deadbolt codes are on a programmed schedule. Your code will not work before 4pm on check-in day, and your code will stop working at 11am on checkout day.
There are Noise Machines in each bedroom and the living room that can be turned on to help block out any heavy footsteps from upstairs or noise from next door.

I am a 4th generation Colorado native who was born and raised in Loveland. I am an avid outdoorsman who loves hiking, biking, monoskiing, snowboarding, SUP'n, camping, tennis and yoga. I also enjoy woodworking and I built the kitchen table, the beds and all the nightstands/desk out of local beetle kill blue pine. I used to spend more time in Grand County until I got a taste of BV.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
BV is such an amazing place for the weekend warrior who wants to be playing outdoors. My condo is three blocks to downtown Main Street and a short walk to South Main, the Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area, and BV trail system. Everything is walkable. When I come up for the weekend, I park my car and then walk everywhere the rest of the time.
