Det finns inget liknande här någonstans i området! Det var en gång en gård fram till 1984, har förvandlats till en exklusiv, privat community för 21 familjer. Denna hyra genomgick nyligen en vacker, full-hus renovering - avslutade maj 2014. Det är en av de enda två Oceanfront hyresfastigheter i Rehoboth / Dewey att rymma 10 personer, och har fantastisk utsikt över havet, medan utsikt över 2 stora pooler.

Den första nivån i denna 3-berättelse enfamiljshus har 4 sovrum, alla med privat badrum (king size-säng, queen size-säng, 2 rum med en drottning / full säng och våningssäng), tillsammans med en tvättstuga, stor täckt uteplats och utedusch . Den huvudsakliga (mitten) våningen är en vacker, bred öppen planlösning som rymligt rymmer ett stort kök / matsal, separat bar området, allrum w / platt-TV och / utomhus stereo, spelbord plats och stora däck. Den tredje våningen är en fullt dedikerad, privat master svit med king size-säng med utsikt över havet, 2 privata däck, ett kontor område, andra tvätt / omklädningsrum och stort badrum. Detta område är för närvarande begränsad till privat bruk, och kan hyras för en extra avgift på ägarens gottfinnande.

Samhället har en avslappnad resort / country club känsla, på grund av överflöd av bekvämligheter och komfort. Bortsett från de 2 stora uppvärmda pooler, våra gäster har full tillgång till tennisbana, Manor House spelrum / huvudnivå / ocean däck (höger intill!), Kompletterande frukost på helger och helgdagar, kompletterande solstolar och parasoller (att även sätts upp för dig), och 2 off-gatan parkeringsplatser.

Platsen är förmodligen bäst runt liksom. Bekvämt beläget mellan Rehoboth och Dewey stränder, kommer du att gångavstånd från antingen stad, eller så kan du njuta av "Jolly Trolly" shuttle som stannar precis i slutet av vårt kvarter. Båda städerna har fantastiska karaktär och massor av restauranger, shopping, underhållning och strandpromenaden kul. Det är också en lugn gata, så att du kommer att vara avlägsen nog för lugn.

Under säsongen (Memorial-Labor Day) tillgängliga för veckovis uthyrning endast (fredag-fredag). 3 nätter minimum i lågsäsong. Tenant erbjuder sängkläder, handdukar, tvål och pappersprodukter, men vi har en underbar concierge lag du kan kontraktet med att hantera detta för dig.

Great Family Vacation

Had a great week at the beach with our adult children who are scattered about the country. Great location, house and communal facilities. Nice to see the ocean from the deck and easily walk to the beach.

BEAUTIFUL OCEANFRONT PROPERTY IN DELAWARE!

My family had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful location. We could not enjoy everything Rehobeth had to offer due to COVID, but we shared great family times together, did a lot of cooking together in the awesome kitchen and enjoyed the outstanding deck overlooking the ocean and pools.

Dear Kim,I continue to have fond memories of our stay at your home on Rehoboth Beach.We enjoyed the spaceous accomodations for four adults and our children.The beach was beautiful,quiet,clean and uncrowded.Having the two swimming pools made it ideal for the children.I look forward to revisiting your home in future years especially after the planned renovations .

Great week

We enjoyed the villa. It was perfect for our group. Location is great. Having pickleball just a few feet away was an unexpected plus. We look forward to renting again next year in warmer weather.

Spectacular slice of paradise!

This is without a doubt one of the best vacation rentals in Rehoboth. True ocean front with the added benefit of also overlooking two recently renovated pools (new pics are needed) - - including the largest toddler pool you'll ever experience outside of a water park. The view gets a "10." The location gets a "10." And the overall experience gets a "10." Minor deduct for cleanliness since I spent the first hour killing at least 15 flies. Perhaps an anomaly, but one of those 4-foot "bug vacuum wands" would be a great addition to the property along with instructions for the cleaning service to spend a little time exercising it as part of the changeover. Kim was a delight to work with. Highly recommend.

Hidden Gem in Dewey Beach

My family and I were looking for a beach house a little closer to home (we are from the Pittsburgh area and had been vacationing in the Outer Banks for decades) and we found the perfect spot here at 2 Seagate Court. The house is beautiful with large decks and great ocean views (you can watch the dolphins from the decks) and the added amenities of being in the Seagate community are a huge bonus. The 2 large oceanfront pools (1 for adults and 1 for kids) are spectacular making the choice between pool and beach a difficult one. Kim (the owner) was great to work with and also the management and staff at Seagate could not have been friendlier or more welcoming. This is truly a hidden gem!

Beautiful Beach Paradise

We recently rented this vacation home and have nothing but wonderful things to say. The home was beautiful, very modern, clean and well kept, with great amenities and the perfect location. We loved how spacious the home was, there was something to make everyone happy. Our travel party included my husband, myself and our twin boys, my parents and my brother, his wife and their young daughter. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, the kitchen, living space and deck seemed like they should be right out of a magazine. We loved sitting on the deck and just looking out at the ocean or relaxing with a book. Talk about a view, it made us not even want to turn on the amazing 3D TV; however, the kids were mesmerized by it. We loved both pools and spent almost as much time hanging by the pool as we did at the beach. The children's pool goes no deeper than 2.5ft and is as big as the adult pool, it was super relaxing for the adults to wade in while we knew the kids could played safely. Beach chairs and umbrella can be set up for you on the beach, which is included in your stay, but tips are appreciated and well deserved. The young girl working the chair and umbrella stand was so accommodating and she worked hard! Everyone we encountered made our stay enjoyable; the Seagate property manager and lifeguard treated our family like their own and we loved seeing them every day! The pool and common areas of the property are pristine, the flowers and foliage around the pool are so beautiful, there were times sitting by the pool where I felt like I should be on a tropical island. The location of the home is perfect, you cannot beat beach front plus it's convenient to many stores and shopping, several restaurants are within walking and we even walked into downtown Rehobeth and to the boardwalk several times. Although for most this walk would be a bit far, but the jolly trolley stops at the end of the street, the kids wanted to ride the trolley just for fun and it was super easy to head out for some entertainment. The shops and and restaurants in Rehobeth are top notch, the atmosphere is great for both families and adults, the grown ups were even able to sneak out for some fun while Grandma and Grandpa stayed at the house with the kids. We were so busy enjoying the home, the beach, pool and hanging on the deck all week that we never even made it outlet shopping as planned. The only negative was having to leave at the end of the week.

Exceptional! Great beach front location.

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary together with our daughter and son-in-law's family (6 children). A party of 10! We all loved staying in this lovely rental home. We had plenty of space for the ten of us. The view, from the deck and the living area, was spectacular! And the swimming pools were not just token little pools; they were excellent, well sized pools. Being so close to the beach eliminated the hassle of carrying beach equipment (terrific beach rental service on the beach). And, it eliminated the hassle of finding a parking space (two parking spaces are included in this rental). The tennis court, within this small community of beach homes, is in top condition, and the community house (i.e. Manor House) was a nice amenity. As we drove back home, my wife told me she had hoped the week would go perfectly...and it did! Thanks, in large part to this rental making everything so easy and enjoyable.

Excellent Group Retreat Venue!

A perfect spot for a group work/retreat session. Excellent ocean frontage with easy access, nice indoor and outdoor work/conversation spaces. Fully functional kitchen and separate bar space was nice. Good food delivery services nearby when we didn't want to cook. Sleeping rooms nicely spread out through the house. Excellent!

Stunning beach hose with beautiful seafront access

After arriving from London, a long flight it was a sight for sore eyes. The stunning view from the top deck was a Wow experience. All rooms are cosy[although would have loved to have a long soak, sadly there was only a bath]however everything else exceeded my expectations. The pool and proximity to the beach was fabulous.The kitchen well appointed with all the mod cons. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Beach house to family and friends.

Great family-friendly beach house

The house is on the beach with great views of the ocean from the pools and private balconies. The owners are really friendly and accommodating. The house has all the amenities we could wish for, including a wet bar. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back.

My family and friends just returned from one of the most enjoyable beach vacations and the house was a major contributor to that joy. We were eight (my daughter, her significant other, my grandson and his girlfriend, my twin granddaughters and one of their girl friends. The kids were all teenagers. The house is perfect for such a large and unfamiliar group. The four bedrooms all have their own bath so privacy is protected. Each bath room is spotless and cleaner than some five star hotels we have stayed in. Each bath has beautiful one inch glass block accents. The kitchen is a page out of House Beautiful with a huge gorgeous blue granite island and plenty of space for multiple people in the kitchen. There are two sets of dishes and two sets of silverware. The living room had very comfortable seating which you don't always find in a rental but the best part is the partially covered deck looking directly out to the beach and ocean. There was a wicker chair with fluffy cushions that could be moved into a reclining position like a barcolounger. I spent many afternoon checking out the underside of my eye lids there. The large washer can accomodate the days supply of beach towels in one load and its located right inside the door as you come in on the lower level. We brought bikes and the younger teens biked to town for my morning newspaper and had a ball shopping in Rehoboth. We are beach people and Rehoboth is my favorite beach town of all. It truly is a community and the restaurants get better and better. This house with this town make for a perfect vacation for all. P>S> We utilized the concierge by the sea and had groceries delivered before we arrived. Although pricey, it was wonderful to not have to leave as soon as we arrived in order to go grocery shopping.

Paradise Regained

We were blessed to be able to rent this terrific property for the second year in a row (and hope it will continue to be our family's tradition for many years to come). Coming back, it was so wonderful to see that the owner's interest has not flagged one iota in maintaining a comfortable and pristinely clean environment for all their visitors. Nor have they stopped making their residence a perfect home away from home. For example, a new banquette completed the game table area. We are a multi-generational family and each of us found magnificent ways to pass our time here: for the kids, it was beach in the morning, pool in the afternoon and boardwalk at night. I preferred to sit on the porch overlooking the ocean and just relax. Throughout the rental process, Kim was always there to answer questions and make sure we were doing well. That kind of personal assistance is impressive and most welcome. This is -- and always will be -- a primo experience in a primo location.

Great location and ammenities

Great central location and just far enough away from the busy strip area. House is very modern, clean and up to date. The pool was a great addition to our stay. The covered patio was great for a couple days of rain as well as a break from the midday sun.

Amazing house, location

If you want luxurious beach vacation, right on the beach with a pool, this is the place. About a mile to the Rehoboth boardwalk, it's located right between Dewey and Rehoboth. Completely renovated interior with spectacular views of the ocean. The pool was heated and our kids spent hours in it. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

We have been enjoying this house and location thoroughly for over 20 years, building wonderful memories with our friends and family. It is a very special place.

We completed a full-house renovation in May 2014 with all new electrical, fixtures, plumbing, structure, appliances, and furniture. Each year we make new enhancements, as does the community. The pool deck and manor house also recently underwent a full-scale renovation.

This is an amazing property and we are willing to share it with families who will respect and care for it as well.

We have been Rehoboth beach-goers since our youth and this is by far the best location and best kept secret with all that is included in the community. We park our car the day we arrive and rarely need to take it out again until it is time to leave. There is so much to do and enjoy here!
