Det ligger en 2 kvarts promenad till havsstranden. Gångavstånd till alla Dewey Beach har att erbjuda. En enkel cykel- eller vagnstur till Rehoboth Beach och strandpromenaden. Snug Harbor # 8 är en semester vid stranden i sig.

Kom och koppla av i detta helt ombyggda fritidshus vid bukten. Detta är ett stort 3 sovrum plus ett hölje med futon och bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. 8 sovplatser vuxna och 2 badrum och 1/2 badrum. Härlig skärmad veranda med plats för 9 med utsikt över Rehoboth Bay, sandstrand, brygga och naturpark vid viken. Vardagsrum med bekväm soffa och stolar och en 46 "smart TV. Fastigheten har central luftkonditionering, nytt kök med bänkskivor i marmor, avancerade apparater i rostfritt stål och en matstång med plats för 4. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och ett eget badrum. Detta sovrum har en vägg med fönster med panoramautsikt över bukten. Detta ljusa sovrum är komplett med mörkläggningsnyanser, takfläkt och platt-TV.
Sovrum 3 har en queen size-säng.
Sovrum 2 har två nya minneskum i full storlek sängar samt ett 1/2 bad. Den har en futon.
Vardagsrummet har en utdragbar bäddsoffa.
Fastigheten ligger på andra våningen, södra sidan av fastigheten. Privat parkering för 2 bilar tillhandahålls. Detta familjekompleks (ingen grupputhyrning) ligger i hjärtat av Dewey-stranden men det ger integritet med en stenmur och säkerhetsgrindar. Väl inne i porten är det en lugn reträtt. Koppla av på stranden, paddla ombord, segla, kajak eller krabba för att nämna några!
Det finns så mycket att göra med din familj. Gå till lekplatsen precis nedför gatan. Havsstranden ligger bara två kvarter bort, gångavstånd till många restauranger. Vi har till och med en liten livsmedelsbutik på vårt kvarter om du slutar på mjölk! Jolly Trolly plockar upp på toppen av gatan och ger dig till fantastiska Rehoboth Beach och strandpromenaden. Detta är ett riktigt roligt område för familjer.

Weekend in Dewey Beach

This was a great place to stay in Dewey Beach. The screened in porch overlooking the bay was beautiful and comfortable. It was conveniently located and had two included parking spots. I would definitely stay here again.

Dewey Beach Easter

Had a fantastic stay for our first time in the Dewey Rehoboth areea. The location was amazing with a beautiful screened in top floor deck to watch sun set over Rehoboth Bay. The condo bad plenty of space, modern kitchen. The location to area attractions is perfect. Thanks for the host for a memorable weekend

Repeat visitor

This is our 3rd stay and hope to come back again. As noted, its a great location and close to restaurants and beaches. I also agree with the comment "There are a lot of steps, but with that comes a great view." This is not for mobility-limited folks. We were also out there last time during snow and cold, and the owner made sure there was sand, ice-melt, and brooms. I would love to be out there when it was warm enough to use the porch and beach, but even without those amenities, this has been a great place to stay

Friends getaway

Close to everything in Dewey

Great place to stay with family and friends. Short walk to ocean, restaurants and beach bars. We had lots of fun on our little bay front beach.

Great Place and Location

We were very happy with our stay! The place was as described and in a great location. We only wish we had been more aware of the stair situation, both inside and outside the unit (although that may have been us not reading all the details entirely). Overall, fantastic stay!

Stellar views of the bay and sunset!!

This well equipped and spacious condo with screened in deck has excellent views of the bay and sunset. It is located on the bay with a quick walk to restaurants and shops. The property owner was prompt in reply if we had any questions. Our family had a ball and would highly recommend this lovely vacation home.

Great location for family trip!

Our family of six, including grandparents and kids age 6 & 8, LOVED this place! The home is near everything in Dewey (walkable) and is furnished nicely. The beds were comfy. The screened porch was perfect. There are a lot of steps, but with that comes a great view. My kids enjoyed playing on the beach and splashing in the bay.

Amazing Location!!!

We had a great stay at this amazing home. Kids enjoyed fishing from the dock and we all enjoyed paddle boarding in the bay. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Lisa was a great host and extremely responsive. The place was just as described. We loved sitting in the screened in porch and enjoying sunsets over the bay!

This property is immaculate. The sunsets are incredible from the screened in porch master bedroom or on the semi private beach . I truly had an amazing stay . We were also lucky enough to spot a humpback whale right off the beach ! We will definitely be back !

Great location, beautiful waterfront property

We enjoyed paddle boarding launching directly from the beach. The outdoor patio was where we spent most of our time with its beautiful views. Very comfortable beds and great amenities. 3 stars for cleanliness as it looked as if it was was not vacuumed or dusted very thoroughly. We didn’t report it as it was something we could live with.

Unfriendly Difficult Property Owner

We rented this place for myself, son & friends. We liked the private beach & being on the bay away from the ocean. Inside is old & outdated. But this was a total set up to take our money & kick us out days in w/no warning. I was there & saw nothing out of the ordinary. Sat/Sun/Mon - no notice of a prob. No text, call, or VRBO message. Suddenly Tues she claims there's multiple complaints and we had to leave. She was completely unreasonable, exaggerating claims like "you climbed over a fence to use the grill". No one climbed anything. Gate was open & any normal person would think the grill is for the whole complex. She screamed at me about "no open flames" (I took to mean candles inside) bc we did a small bonfire on the private beach & didn't realize a permit was needed. She arrived when I was upstairs in the property and proceeded to interrogate & record my son and his friends without consent. Unacceptable. She yelled at me accusing me of fraud for listing 6 adults. VRBO doesn't have a selection for age range, 18 is an adult and I had 6 18. I have email confirmation she was okay with me & the teens.Two issues I accept, leaving trash on the beach and the guys going on the roof to watch sunset. If I'd been made aware of the first complaint it would have been handled. She's unhinged. Don't kid yourself on her "family" description. 1) Dewey is a party town. 2) The bar a few blocks away blared music all weekend & young guys in another unit played loud music everyone could hear.

Great view but lots of stairs

The place was great. Right on the water with a screened porch to watch the beautiful sunsets. It is small as it’s a unit within a larger building. It’s on the second floor so lots of stairs to get to the unit. Then inside to get to the master bedroom there is a spiral staircase.

Great Dewey Beach find!

Snug Harbor 8 is a great property with walkable access to everything at Dewey Beach and only a short trip into Rehoboth Beach! The second-story unit has a relaxing bay view and a screened-in porch perfect for relaxing.

Wondeful Weekend Getaway

Very comfortable, clean, and cozy space with plenty of room too. Beautiful view of the bay and within walking distance of several great restaurants, bars, and live music. Communication with the property owner was prompt and conscientious. We will definitely be back!

I have been visiting Dewey Beach in the summers for the past 55 years. I met my husband in Dewey. I have 3 children and 7 grandchildren. Our extended family spends several weeks in the summer at this family complex.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Property has been in my family for 45 years. It was rebuilt in 1982 then remodeled in 2014. The building was lifted in 2020 due to frequent bay flooding. New steps and boardwalks surrounding the property. We love all the water-sports and the life around the bay. I enjoy morning walks on the ocean beach and boardwalk in Rehoboth. Park your car and walk! no driving necessary!

Snug Harbor is a gated property including private parking for2 cars with 2 permits provided. Weekly and daily permits available to purchase for other cars. Note the signs posted on the streets. Centrally located within walking distance to all town has to offer. Home newly renovated, front screened porch, fantastic kitchen, den with single bed. Living room is a lovely family area with unobstructed views of Rehoboth Bay. The large master bedroom with ensuite bath provides beautiful views of the bay and fabulous sunsets.
