We’ve stayed at several VRBO homes over the years, and this was easily a top 3 home and host experience. The house is exactly as described: meticulously maintained and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and the five-minute walk to a gorgeous private beach can’t be beat on the Island. If you’re considering this home, book it!

One of the best rentals that we have had on the island. Fully stocked kitchen and had everything we needed. It did rain a few of the days when we were there but we still enjoyed the pool and hot tub! As well as being so close to the beach. These amenities and having the jeep to rent was one of the many selling points for us when it came to renting this property. Richard was very responsive with all of our questions and issues that occurred. We will look to return next summer!

Extremely well organized home and generous host - had everything we needed including kitchenware. Close to beach (not directly overlooking) and wonderful to have own private pool with heated hot tub section. Had a perfect stay.

Wonderful stay on Nantucket. Check-in and out was smooth. House was perfect and had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful and so was the beach. Couldn't recommend enough!

This was our second summer renting 28 Tom Nevers Road for two weeks. After our stay last year I wrote a stellar view of the property and its amenities and immediately booked again for two weeks this summer. After our stay this summer, I still have only excellent things to say about it. It is a lovely, well laid out, well outfitted home on a beautifully landscaped property and everything was, once again, in perfect condition. We loved the kitchen last year, but it has been made even more wonderful with new appliances and countertops. We love the beach that is a short walk from the property. The pool at the house is an absolute treasure for our young grandsons. It is fenced in and safe for children. To add to all of this are the wonderful owners who respond quickly to any questions that arose before and during our stay. We have already reached out to them to book for two weeks again next summer. They clearly love this home and lovingly take care of it. Finding a rental property we love and wanting to return year after year with our family is the greatest praise we can give, Needless to say, we give it our highest recommendation.

Lovely and well cared for home - we relaxed and enjoyed the pool. Great neighborhood for peace and easy beach access. Owner very engaged and property manager responsive to questions. We will look forward to coming bACK!

Great house walking distance to the beach in quiet Tom Nevers

A very comfortable house with a spectacular back yard, garden and pool area. The owner goes to great lengths to accommodate guest requests and make sure the house is in top condition.

Amazing house and location!

Perfect house for our family. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Plentiful beach gear and toys. Short walk to beach and a fantastic pool / spa. Widows walk provided for amazing views, sunsets, and star gazing. Owner was very responsive to our questions - we very much hope to return to Forever N’ Nevers!

The perfect Nantucket house for 2 families.

We have been going to Nantucket for 20 years and this was by far the best rental we have encountered. Richard provides thorough directions for anything needed in the house and it made us feel like it was our home. The poo/hot tub is a perfect for a morning swim before the beach and an after dip after.

Home away from home

The house was fantastic. It literally had everything that one would have in their own home. The house has been meticulously cared for and Richard may have the most organized garage on earth…a wonderful stay for our family.

Beautiful property in a quiet location

This is our second year staying at this property. The listing is exactly as described and the owners are lovely and easy to reach at all times. It's located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood close to the beach. Our kids loved the heated pool and were in most days. We will be back!

Fantastic House and Location

We stayed for a week at this amazing property in the Tom Nevers area. The owner was terrific and the house was wonderfully maintained, clean and organized and well stocked with everything a family or group needs. The exterior space allows for full enjoyment of this peaceful side of the island with a beautiful pool. The ocean is a ten minute walk away after which you will have miles of beach almost to yourself. Highly recommend a stay here.

Fabulous!

We had such a great stay! The house and yard were beautifully set up and the flowers were gorgeous! My boys caught bluefish and we cut some herbs from the pots on the deck to cook them with. We all enjoyed the pool and beautiful night sky- so many stars!

Great Find

A great property with nice views of the water and the stars on clear nights. House is clean and doesn’t have a feeling like a rental. Our family enjoyed the deck and pool and all the fantastic things Nantucket has to view. Having the option to rent the jeep on site works great. We hope we can return sometime soon.

When we are there on a starry night, we just do not want to go to bed; so we sit on the decks until the wee hours gazing at the amazing milky way and the constellations we can identify. Meteor showers are common in early August. Also, thx for pointing out that 28 OTN does not feel like a rental; it should not. From kitchen furnishing and appliances to garage sand toys, bogey boards and beach chairs, this is a family home which we share with our guests to make them feel like home!

Perfect family home in perfect location

I cant say enough about this home. Lovely, spacious immaculate andthoughtfully stocked. The owner is wonderful and handled any and all questions. Thegarden and pool an oasis and just a few munutes to a quiet beach. We are pretty partucular about our surroundings and where we stay and tbis home we will return to. Our adult children loved it too.

Perfect for our family

Forever 'n Nevers was wonderful for our family. Plenty of space in the house to gather together or find a private place for some quiet. Gorgeous views, short walk to lovely, quiet beach. Plenty of beach and pool toys. The owner quickly responded to questions and provided lots of information about the house and Nantucket. The house was very nicely decorated. We hope to return next summer!

Fabulously Appointed Property from ACak

Lovely home filled with almost every amenity you could imagine. We were so impressed from the cleanliness, to the decor and layout, attentiveness of the owners and location. Perfect for our annual multi-generational getaway to ACK. Something for everyone from the 2.5 year old little guy to the beach goers and town explorers. Our new favorite summer get away. Our home away from home

As in past years, our stay at 28 OTN was wonderful. This year we tested out the adjustable bed in the MBR. We liked it so much that we will be getting our one of our own. I would also like to thank Richard for making a special effort to take care of us both before, during and after the storm that came through

The Perfect Nantucket Vacation Home!

Everything about this home is perfect! From the host to the pool to the amazing beach access, you couldn't possibly expect more from this home. It is comfortable and well-appointed without being fussy. The home is exceptionally well maintained with a full "handbook" of the home's features and area's amenities. As perfect as the inside of the home is, the outside porches, decks and pool areas make for wonderful outside living. Last but not least, viewing the ocean, sunset or sunrise from the widow's walk is a must!
