Kom och se varför detta vackra hem och dess omgivning har varit en väl bevarad hemlighet så länge. ShellChase ligger i Fort Morgan, Alabama, som ligger på den soliga norra stranden av Mexikanska golfen. Detta naturorienterade område är en av de sista återstående orörda kusten i viken.
ShellChase är den perfekta platsen för familjesemester, smekmånader, vuxenresor eller den välförtjänta avkopplande resan till paradiset. Huset ligger i underavdelningen The Dunes, ett gated community strax öster om historiska Fort Morgan och Mobile Bay Ferry. Detta rymliga, andra nivå, 2700 kvadratmeter hem är husdjursvänligt och har tillräckligt med utrymme för dig och hela din storfamilj. ShellChase sover 12 bekvämt. Sovrummet på första våningen har en king size-säng med ett komplett badkar bifogat. På andra våningen finns en stor svit med 2 sovrum (ett med 2 drottningssängar och ett med 2 enkelsängar) och ett bifogat badkar. Det tredje sovrummet på andra våningen har en king size-säng med ett bifogat badkar som också ansluter till hallen. På 3: e våningen finns 2 enkelsängar med en mysig läsekrok med en fantastisk utsikt över viken.
Köket är välutrustat med allt du kan behöva inklusive ett skafferi. Den öppna matplatsen har sittplatser vid bänken och ett stort matbord. Ett halvt badrum är bekvämt beläget utanför mat- och vardagsrumsområdena. Vardagsrummet erbjuder gott om sittplatser med fantastisk utsikt över viken och tillgång till ett av de två däck som också har utsikt över viken. Gratis trådlöst internet tillhandahålls liksom tillgång till DIRECTV på alla platt-TV-apparater.
Detta hem ligger diagonalt mittemot underavdelningspoolen och badtunnan. ShellChase erbjuder täckt carportparkering för tre fordon. Tillgången till den sandiga viken på stranden ligger en kort promenad från främre däck, medan Mobile Bay, en småbåtshamn och en restaurang är lite längre promenad norrut.

Wonderful beach house!

We stayed a week a this house as a family. We had seniors through teenagers. The house was spacious, art was wonderful, hosts were gracious. Clean and well cared for. Highly recommend and would love to stay there again!

Would not receive going during Shrimp Fest. Downtown was off limits due to every store, shop and restaurant charged $20 to park. Even if you wanted to shop or eat at their establishment. Perfect Family Beach Vacation

Large duplex, I did not realize it was only half a house, but it was a three story huge house for 8 adults. Very comfortable couches in the main room, large back deck with two tables to eat outside, very close to the beach, just watch for the poisonous snakes! (didn't see any, just had signs posted. A few pointers I would suggest, the master bathroom on the main floor, needs a black out curtain because you wake up at the crack of dawn from the sunlight. The pink upstairs bedroom is connected to the orange bedroom, so you need to walk thru the orange room to access the pink one, that is probably only good for kids and parents. I would also suggest a folder or binder of nearby things to do, places to go, where to get groceries, etc. The internet is very spotty, so do not expect to be working out of the home. Definitely have the gate code, and door code and directions on screen shots on your phone because you will NOT get wifi access outside the house! and you will need them to get in. It is a very very very quiet area ( except for the neighbors sometimes) great beach, but put your chairs down early! it fills up fast! Clear water, not much seaweed, a TON OF MARINE LIFE, we saw dolphins almost daily, got a ton of seashells, and almost stepped on a stingray! Great house, would be back again.

This was a short walk to the beach and had minimal traffic in the neighborhood. Only thing to consider is if you go out to plan ahead as it’s 18 miles from the main highway but that didn’t bother us and will definitely stay here again.

Fall Break at Shellchase

The house has lots of room and plenty of seating space in the living room. The kitchen is very well stocked (better than most rentals) which is a big plus. We even had room for visitors for a couple of days. We had a great time and will be back.
