July vacation

We were very impressed with this place, very clean, easy access to the lightrail to go to Diamondbacks games, close to Four Peaks Brewery and Tempe Marketplace. Highly recommend this place!!!

Comfortable, good location

I recommend this place for anyone visiting Tempe. The only downside was the pool was closed the whole time we were there.

Good locaion

Condo was nice and comfotable. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of closet space, beds were comfortable. And, the condo is close to many restaraunts. Do2nside: If you have mobility issues - the condo is on the second floor with concrete stairs and both bathrooms are upstairs. Overall we would use this provider again. Over O

Tempe terrific

First I would rent this condo again and I would recommend that others do so also. Second, Location was outstanding for university events and for enjoyment of south mountain hiking, golfing options, excellent dining, and the airport. Third, this unit is not spacious but it’s large enough, everything works and the beds are nice. Property manager could not have been better though there were zero issues for the entire month. Perhaps that’s the best recommendation of all.

Clean and spacious

The check process went smooth. Place was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was overall quiet just a few people mostly students overly loud. Loved the place but wish there was a 1/2 bath on the bottom floor instead there’s 2 bathrooms upstairs. Also there were stairs going up to the condo along with the stairs inside the condo going up to the bedrooms and bathrooms. My husband and I tolerated the stairs just took it slow. other than that I probably would try to find an condo at the bottom level next time. Jay was very helpful and always available anytime.

Recommend

Get location quiet, clean, just as advertised. As far as the living arrangements, beds were comfortable and accessible to different locations for food and entertainment. Close to Arizona State University.

Comfortable and Convenient

We stayed here for a visit during a parents weekend even which was hosted by our daughter's sorority at ASU. The location was extremely convenient to campus, particularly the Greek Leadership Village. The entire unit was comfortable and inviting, with every amenity provided that you would expect. We got a good night sleep on the beds, and it was nice having a TV in the bedrooms also. Having 2 bathrooms eliminated any contention when it was time to get ready, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some fresh meals. Parking was covered and secure. This is a great spot to stay if you want to be close to the ASU campus, Mill Ave, or the many sports facilities in the area. It is also a very short 10-15 minute drive from the airport, with easy access to the local highways.

Great ASU location

Overall a great place to stay, not super fancy but had everything we needed while visiting my daughter at ASU, great location and close to everything. Will look to stay here again when visiting her.
