The Space:
Relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean or view the city lights from your SeaWatch Towers & SeaWatch North Tower 2bedroom/2 bath Deluxe condo that is 892-1255 ft! The master bedroom has a king bed (varies) and attached en suite, and access to the balcony/patio. The 2nd bedroom has two double beds. In the cozy living room there is a queen sofa bed (varies). Out on the balcony you can socialize while viewing the ocean/city lights! This condo can accommodate up to 6 guests!  Having a full kitchen and a dinning room, allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit for your convenience. With incredible views, beach fun and all the necessary amenities, you're sure to have a fun and memorable stay!

Not all suites are oceanfront or ocean-view.

During hurricane season (May to end of November), the glass enclosing the indoor pool is taken down. The indoor pools are heated in the Fall and early Winter.

Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charges.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

Motorcycles are not allowed on the property May 1 - Aug. 31 annually, and rental golf carts are prohibited year-round.

This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
