The location is truly beautiful, and the views are among the finest in the area, which is why we affectionately refer to it as the 'Love Boat.' Regarding the tissues, we made the decision to discontinue them in our 'starter kit' post-COVID, as they can be less hygienic due to handling. Additionally, the boxes were often left partially full, leading us to view them as an unnecessary expense. We encourage the 'bring your own' concept. This is outlined in our listings to ensure guests are informed about what is included upon their arrival. We advise future guests to thoroughly read all descriptions to avoid any surprises. While we strive to assist our guests, there are limits to the support we can provide. Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. Dear Joe, It's quite interesting that you inquired about the name; we affectionately refer to our condo as the Love Boat, although Villa Rosa could also be fitting. The Love Boat is inspired by an old television show. When you gaze at the stunning view from our balcony, it truly feels as if you are on a boat. This thought simply came to me, and that's how the name was chosen. Regarding the parking situation, I apologize that you were unable to use the standard parking spaces in our covered area. Those spaces are designed in accordance with the code, and all of them are uniform in size throughout Texas. Our condo is a cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit featuring a spacious beachfront balcony that offers breathtaking sunrises and beautiful vistas of the ocean and sky. It is a tranquil retreat that is worth every penny you spent. Aside from your complaints, I sincerely hope you had a wonderful time on the island, and I would like to extend an invitation for you to return to the Love Boat or any other property we manage.
