What a fabulous home for multiple couples as all 5 rooms have king beds that are very comfortable. We stay in a lot of vacation homes and Krista was one of the easiest managers to communicate with we have experienced. We very much appreciated the fridge with ice & water dispenser so we could just fill our hydro flasks. Internet was very solid for getting some work done and we also made good use of the basement to play pool and corn hole while being able to watch March Madness. The price of this home was very good compared to everything we looked at and the neighborhood is great. If you like to walk, we just loved the walk to Pine St Bridge to watch the sunset which is less than 2 miles round trip.

Outstanding

We have been renting homes for years in the area. This home (by far) exceeded all expectations. Extremely clean, well maintained and huge amount of amenities. We can’t wait to come back and rent it again. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi and the owner was very quick to respond and help out.

Great Open Living Room & Dining Room Space

There were 9 of us (4 couples & 1 single person) and we LOVED this house. It was actually better than what we had hoped for. We love spending time together in the evenings, so the open living room and dining room areas were wonderful for us. The house was so clean and the beds were comfortable. Several of our members loved the pool and ping-pong tables, but since they were not in the A/C area, it was a little hot while using them. I would recommend this house to any larger group.

Lovely Home, Wonderful Stay

This home is beautifully appointed, and the kitchen is well-stocked for any cooking needs. There are board games, beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels. Our young adult and teen children brought their gaming controllers and hooked up a Nintendo switch to the family room screen. The location is perfectly central to the beach and to downtown Charleston. We enjoyed both. There’s a Publix 3min away and a Walmart 10min away which I used to order groceries online and picked-up on Sunday evening after we arrived. Krista responded to my questions quickly and even dropped by to bring us a new ping-pong net that had broken prior to our arrival. I whole-heartedly recommend Krista’s home.
