Beautiful canyon view home nestled in the heart of the Bay Ho neighborhood! Centrally located, close to San Diego’s most popular destinations, and minutes to the beaches in Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, and La Jolla.
⭐ Gourmet kitchen with brand new appliances, wine fridge, and Keurig coffee machine. French door fridge with water filter and ice maker. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare meals like a pro!
⭐ 55” Smart TV in the living room with streaming services.
⭐ Bathroom features a Walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and large mirror. Hairdryer and essential toiletries provided for your convenience.
⭐ 2 bright bedrooms (one King and one Queen bed) with memory foam mattresses, fresh linens, and ample closet space. Each bedroom has canyon views. Nightstands feature charging stations. Sleeper sofa (fold down) or inflatable mattress made available upon request.
⭐ Dedicated workstation includes a comfortable desk and plenty of light and outlet space. High-speed Fiber internet throughout the home to keep you connected.
⭐ No need to overpack! Do laundry when you like with an in-home Samsung washer and dryer. Laundry supplies provided in addition to iron and ironing board.
⭐ Mini-split cooling/heating system in the living room can be set to your preferred temperature.
⭐ 1 designated garage parking space for a Small to Midsize cars with key code entry. Free, well-lit street parking also available in front of the house
⭐ Private backyard with canyon views, shaded dining area, fire pit, and lounge seating. Over 100 native succulent plants for your enjoyment!
Other details to note
-The garage is narrow and cannot accommodate large vehicles (large SUVs and trucks). However, ample street parking is available. Please do not park in the driveway, as to not block sidewalk/ADA access.
-The home is part of a beautiful duplex and has a shared front yard with the next door unit. The home and backyards are completely separate (including front door entry and garage).
-There is one mini-split (A/C + heating unit) located in the living room. The bedrooms do not have an A/C unit but have adjustable ceiling fans. We are in a coastal area so it rarely get's too hot.
-The home is not child-proofed and may not be suitable for infants/toddlers (under the age of 3).
-ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR LATE-NIGHT GATHERINGS. We are in a family-friendly, residential neighborhood and hope to preserve the peacefulness of the area and be respectful to our neighbors. Those looking for a party house, please look elsewhere. There is plenty of nightlife nearby in Pacific Beach and Bay Park :) Back at home, please be respectful of the quiet hours after 10pm.

I am active runner, hiker and soccer player and love to explore the multiple beautiful outdoor locations across San Diego! I am also a big foodie and coffee drinker and love to share my favorite spots. Lastly, I'm into Comedy and music and can recommend a lot of cool venues and restaurants

It is family-friendly, quiet and close to everything! (Especially La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, Bay Park, and Mission Bay) I love being close to all that San Diego has to offer and the neighborhood is also very peaceful and close to San Diego's best dining, entertainment and attractions.

We have panoramic canyon views from the the private yard and from the bedrooms which makes it very peaceful and quiet with lots of birds. We also have a huge assortment of local succulents in our garden and a firepit which makes for a super enjoyable and relaxing stay
