Who pays an extra $51 to use the gas grill.
First of all, I was wondering why they didn’t contact me for information about gaining access to the property. Turns out when I contacted them that I needed to pay a 499.00 deposit. Ok that was fine, but they had already taken it out of my bank account. The customer service lady from the third party home sweet home told me that they hadn’t received it, so I contacted my bank and the bank told me that it was received. Ok so I called the home sweet home place on 3 way and the bank told them that that deposit was taken out my account already. We were placed on hold forever and she finally said she got the deposit. She never apologized, I just received the key code via email while I was on the phone. Fast forward…. We arrived at the property and it was ver hot, ok that’s understandable by no one being there, adjusted the ac , but it was still hot after a while. Everyone slept very uncomfortably. Callled the owners and they sent someone out.and the fixed it, there was a hole in the ac unit outside the leaked all the antifreeze out. Fast forward, we decided to put some steaks on the grill , but it had a bicycle lock on it.So I called the property owners again and was told that I had to pay 49.00 to use it, but I thought it came with the amenities, so she sent me a invoice via email . I decided not to pay 51.00 to use grill that was ridiculous. I will not use the again!!!.
