Beautiful home in a quiet residential community just minutes away from Indian River bay. There you will find dining on the water at restaurants such as Serendipity and Paradise Grill come and experience beautiful bay views. Bring your water crafts and experience the bays relaxing adventures. Gull Point public boat ramp with crabbing pier is just 2 miles away. Baywood Greens is very close with easy access to and from the course. The property has spacious front and backyards that provide plenty room for outdoor fun. The property is regularly treated and is a mosquito and tick free zone!!! You can fire up the gas grill and enjoy outside dining without being on the menu yourself :). 3 major grocery stores less than 3 miles away and also plenty of restaurants to choose from. The beaches and boardwalks less than 13 miles away. This is a easy access property without alot of traffic and congestion. Bring Your family and friends and enjoy!!

We were visiting for a fishing tournament and this property was perfect for us. Plenty of room and spacious yard. Everything was clean and the owners were super gracious! The communication was excellent, never felt like we were being ignored. Will definitely come back!

We felt like we were home! We all enjoyed ourselves immensely. The house was well stocked, every amenity we might’ve needed was on hand. I would definitely book another stay for our family!

House was perfect for our trip. extremely well set up and clean. we stayed for a long fishing weekend and vic the owner was more then great to deal with. plenty of restaurants nearby and things to do local to the location. we had plenty of space for us to trailer our boat down and keep in driveway which is great because there are 2 public boat ramps minutes from the property perfect for our trip. will definitely stay here again.

Great place to visit Rehoboth and Bethany

Great house for family with little kids, a convenient distance from Rehoboth and Bethany beaches. Nice, quiet neighborhood, even on the 4th of July. Great places to sit and enjoy a family meal and then cuddle up on the big couch and watch a movie. We enjoyed our stay here very much and only wished it could be a little longer!

Great rental

House was perfect for my needs. Very clean and tidy. Vic the homeowner is friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Great experience. Highly recommend this spot. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Baseball vacation

I give it 5 stars, plenty of room for our family, very clean! Beautiful layout, plus owner told me to text him if I needed anything. Also Owner knew we were coming down for a baseball tournament and left bags of ice in the freezer for our cooler and a case of water!

Weekend stay

The house was very clean and was exactly what the description had said. Also came with a few things that were unexpected such as a case of water, toiletries, and paper towels. Which was very nice. I would definitely recommend it to friends and would stay there again myself.
