A wonderful place to stay

Everything was great. The condo was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The beach location of the condo is perfect for a peaceful family getaway but located well enough so that getting to higher traffic areas such as the boardwalk is not a problem. Would defifnetely stay here again.

Great location for a family beach week!

This condo was a great location for a family beach week. There is everything you need in walking distance and there is a bike path up about 10 blocks that take you to more restaurants, putt putts and a big park. The condo was spacious and quite and we loved it was close enough to the beach we could easily walk back for a bathroom break or to get lunch. Thanks for a perfect week. We will be back.

Comfortable Condo

Great place to hang out, eat and sleep comfortably minutes from the beach. The full size washer and dryer were a treat to use. The owner was very responsive and helpful and I hope to return next year!

Great family vacation

This property is wonderful. Spacious, clean and such a great view . Only steps to the beach which was great with our small grandchildren. We would definitely rent here again thank you.

Perfect location and vacation.

This is an amazing property with great views of the ocean from the balcony. We had a disabled person who utilizes a wheel chair and the elevator to the property was awesome. The location is also perfect for handicap access to the beach and beach wheel chair located at 120 street. TThe unit was clean and spacious. The beach house was well stocked with all you need for cooking and dinning. Parking was never an issue. This was the perfect place for a perfect vacation and we would love to stay again. Such an amazing stay, Clean and every amenity!

Great location! Fantastic condo and so so close to the beach. 22 steps! Very comfy beds and they have blackout shades in the bedrooms so we could sleep late if we wanted to. We'll be back!

Great Location and roomy condo

Ted, We had a great vacation! The condo is well supplied and very roomy. Great location in North OC away from all the congestion and crowds. I would definitely consider renting this spot again.

Needs some tlc

The location and view are great! The property needs some sprucing up and updates. Carpet needs to go. The microwave over the stove needs to be removed as it does not work. It has been replaced by a counter top model that takes up a lot of counter space. The plastic runners in the entry hall need to go. Bring extra tableware as there are only 3 dinner forks and 4 dinner knives.

Great Vacation!

It was great. Four generations stayed together. Plenty of space and beds. Great access to beach especially with a small baby. Only drawback needs more silverware.

Great place,great location,great fun!

My mom,sisters and our kids spent a wonderful week at Sandy Square!the location was great ,short walk to beach!the place was a great size with 3 big bedroom and a great living and kitchen area! We would rent again,thanks Ted for using VROB and letting us rent your beach condo! We did have minor problems with opening and shutting the porch sliding doors,they would fall off tracks which made difficult to open . Everything else great!

Wonderful Vacation!

Wonderful stay!

Our family stayed here for a week in July 2014, and it was great! The unit was very clean and much more spacious than we expected. The online pictures, while accurate, don't provide a true sense of how large this place really is. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet at night. My husband and I are both light sleepers, and we slept extremely well the entire week. We loved the convenient access to the beach and the always abundant parking. The location was perfect for us. There are several restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. I saw that someone recommended a few more towel racks in the bathrooms - I would agree with this, and also perhaps a shelf or something in the master bath to place toiletries on. One suggestion for the kitchen - more mixing/serving bowls. We ate several meals in, and noticed that there weren't really any mixing or serving type bowls. The owner was extremely helpful and very easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Ocean lover

This condo is very attractive, convenient to the beach and shopping, and the parking is plentiful which is so important when 3 families stay there. It is well-maintained. Two suggestions: more towel bars in the bathrooms and more silverware in the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My family has been vacationing in Ocean City since 1986. We bought this condo because it's right on the beach, close to everything but not too close to the boardwalk. We love the private parking, the large, long balcony, and full size washer and dryer.

Walk to restaurants, shopping, 30 steps from the beach. It's great to be able to take a bathroom break, fill up your thermos, get some more food and know you are only a two minute walk to your condo!
