This second floor condo with vaulted ceilings is ready for you to move in, pristine condition and complete with all furnishings!
Foyer entrance with hall closet takes you into the living/dining combination showcased with beautiful natural light from the clearview windows along the vaulted ceilings to the sliding glass doors on either end of the living space. The open floor design of the living area is met with a breakfast bar into the kitchen with sliders out to the screen enclosed lanai in the front of the condo where the washer & dryer are located in the utility closet.
This condo offers a split bedroom plan. The primary suite gives you two closets, king size bed, sliders out to your private lanai and updated (in 2022) primary bathroom with gorgeous walk in shower with built in seat, large linen closet and updated vanity. The guest bedroom also has sliders out to the front screen enclosed lanai, along with wall closet, queen size bed, and dedicated work space w/printer.
