This home was just what we needed for our stay in Redding. It was spotless and very cute, and it had everything we needed. There was plenty of parking right by the house, and it's only minutes from Turtle Bay and the Sundial Bridge.The bed was very comfortable, and my grandkids loved the bunk beds. The AC worked great in every room, which we appreciated in the Redding heat. Check-in and check-out were easy. I'd highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay again!

Super cute house in a great location in Redding. Parking was easy, check-in and check out was great and Sara was a great host. I especially enjoyed the thoughtfulness and creativity that went into how the house was decorated, and even on some really scorching hot summer days, the A/C kept it nice and cool inside.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable and having air conditioning in each room was super nice! It’s a great base for a weekend of hiking in Lassen and Shasta area!

Sweet property with neat clean rooms and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wonderfully located, it is easy to get around town and easy to get to restaurants or grocery shopping if you want to stay I and cook. The host is very kind and available if there are issues. We had an excellent stay and would definitely return!

My sister and I are repeat guests

Love this charming little place. My sister and I have stayed twice now and plan to make it our regular sister spot! (We live in two different states) great location very clean and owner is very friendly and great with communication. House has everything you need for a for a home away from home!

Great clean property and very quaint. A great place to stay and is better than a hotel room. You can tell a lot of thought and care was pit into the house. The biggest downfall is the location between two rundown apartment complexes and across the street from the department of transportation caltrans.

Great location, awesome host!

We had a slight issue when we checked in (probably our fault, but Sara was amazing and helped us immediately. This is our 2nd time there, and we love the location. Close to downtown, trails, and great food. The place is fully appointed with everything anyone would need. Sara is amazing. We really appreciate how much heart she has put into this unit.

Eureka! My husband and I did NOT find any gold when we attempted gold panning however, we did find a wonderful house in Redding for our stay! Easy entrance access and super convenient to downtown Redding! The home was spotless and provided us with everything we could possibly need. We did not do any cooking; however, the kitchen was stocked with all the culinary equipment one could ask for. We so appreciated having a SMART TV and a washer/dryer! Gold panning is dirty work! LOL! I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!
