Det andra sovrummet har en king size-säng som kan omvandlas till två enkelsängar på begäran och det tredje sovrummet med två dubbelsängar tillsammans med två andra badrum för att slutföra denna lägenhet för den perfekta stranden resa. Med sitt vardagsrum som erbjuder en bäddsoffa, plattskärms-TV, full tvättmaskin och torktumlare, och det fullt utrustade köket med bänkskivor i granit, skapar denna lägenhet en stor och rymlig vistelse för dig och dina gäster.

Anläggningen ligger i hjärtat av Grand Strand i en ganska familjeorienterad del av stranden. Cypress Room är en prisbelönt restaurang som serverar frukost och middag dagligen med lunchalternativ på uteplatsen och vid poolbaren under sommarmånaderna. Aktiviteter på plats inkluderar inomhus och utomhuspool komplex som inkluderar en lat flod, tre pooler, spa, barnens splash pool och vattenfall / klippformationer utsikt över stranden tillsammans med ett gym och garvning gräsmatta.

Nice quiet

Family vacation. The condos floor plan is great. The condo very clean . If you travel there without a car the location does not have a lot within walking distance. We liked the location because it was quieter than down near the boardwalk but everything was a close drive. I would definitely book through them again

Was disappointed that we couldn't get in until 4 when it appeared that the condo was not rented the previous day. Our flight arrived at 1115 so it would have been great to get the code ahead of time. I reached out a couple times and still hadnt received the code at 4pm. Reached out a final time and then the code came in. Outside of that it was a good experience

Great location/wonderful restaurant and pools

The resort was awesome!! Totally loved the outdoor facilities and really enjoyed the restaurant. Our unit needed some TLC otherwise very nice accommodations. Worked great for 3 couples, we were quite comfortable.

Great location

This was the perfect place for my quick family trip. Great size for 6 adults and 1 child. Perfect location right in the beach, great views. Property had ton of stuff to do. Great location in the city also. I would definitely stay again.

Restful and Relaxing Reprieve

This space gave us the opportunity to get away from all the hustle and bustle of life and just enjoy spending time together. The condo was clean and spacious and would be one that we would return to in the future.

Lovely, spacious, relaxing!

This large unit had room for everyone. The extra deep balcony faces the ocean directly where you can watch the sunrise in the morning. The decor is tasteful and elegant. The unit is well equipped.

Great Girls Trip Getaway!

The amenities really sell this property. There was plenty of space with three bedroom and three baths for everyone in our party to have the privacy they wanted and the space needed. Having a restaurant on property was great in the food. Was delicious. Having two pools and a hot tub outside. Just steps away from the beach was fantastic. The tiki bar had delicious drinks but could be deemed a bit pricey, but expected when on vacation. The indoor facility with a small, lazy river, hot tub and shallow pools is perfect for families. I would definitely recommend for any future family holidays.

Loved it!

I would 100% come back!! The view is amazing, and that area is not overcrowded with so much private property surrounding it. Close to everything. Steps to the beach! The only update needed is the dryer had to run it multiple multiple times to dry clothes. I did not reach out to have it looked int. Very clean.

Lacking

It was fine for our needs but was advertised as luxury and definitely isn’t luxurious. Updates to the unit are needed. We were stocked with just a small amount of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towel, toilet paper which didn’t last for the amount of time we stayed. This wasn’t communicated before our stay and we weren’t prepared. Not good to run out of toilet paper in the middle of the night.

Perfect as always at Island Vista!

We’ve been staying at Island Vista for years now. Once we first found Island Vista, there’s simply no other location in Myrtle Beach that will do for us. The staff is friendly and genuinely helpful. I’ve seen several staff members that have worked at Island Vista since our very first stay here years ago. This tells me it’s a great place to work for if these people are choosing to continue to work here for so many years. We love how secure and safe we feel here as well, with security doing their rounds regularly and checking peoples arm bands at the pools. Great location and beautiful building. Now speaking of this property specifically, we were very pleased at how clean the property was upon arrival. Everything was very neat and smelled very clean. We loved the layout of the property as our family of 6 had lots of room to spread out. Two big closets were a huge plus! Property management was very responsive and kind. Would def. stay here again!

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful time. This place is very nice. It is starting to show its age. But view and location can not be beat. Really my only disappointment with the whole place is the washer and dryer. One major plus for me is an in unit set. You don’t have to pack as much because you can just wash what you have. If you put more than 6 items in the washer it made a scrapping noise. It then took 6 1 hour cycles in the dryer to even start to get them dry. I called and they sent a maintenance man who told me “you’re not paying the light bill so run it until they get dry”. I didn’t want to spend my entire vacation drying clothes but it does seem like I did. With 5 adults and 2 children, there was a lot. View is beautiful. Beach is close. Pools are really nice. We would definitely stay here again. Maybe not this particular unit, but definitely the resort.

Don't skimp on the necessities

We took some of our grandchildren to this location last week for vacation. Overall....we had a wonderful experience. The place is clean, it has FANTASTIC views, it was plenty large enough for all of us (it was a total of 5), plus how you cannot be happy being right on the beach. There are a couple of small things that I would like to address. First, even though you are a guest of the complex doesn't mean you are part of "the group". When my wife tried to take our grandkids to one of the activities at the resort, she was told they couldn't participate because we had "gray armbands" and weren't part of the apparent owners group. We've stayed at other places including Wydham properties and have never been treated like that, but whatever. Also, while it was explained in writing that we would be given a "basic supply" of some items, some of the "basics" were a little to be desired. We were not given any soap for the dishwasher. When I went down to the front desk, I was told that because they didn't manage this unit she'd have to ask for managerial approval. Fortunately, we were given 1 pod (which is what I asked for and went to Dollar Tree later). There was a VERY limited amount of toilet paper and paper towels. The expectation is that if you want more....then go buy it. I get that as an owner or even the management company you're trying to save costs and maximize profits, but clearly there's better ways to do it. It shouldn't fall on the backs of your guest rentals.
