Do not rent this house. After reading all the bad reviews, we contacted the property manager and were assured all issues had been taken care of, so we didn't cancel our stay. The lighting in the house is horrible, the stairwells are so dimly lit that we could barely see this should be noted for anyone with issues in dark areas. The living room has a couch that turns into a bed but there were no extra blankets so we had to buy some. There are no extra towels. Only one per person, which made using the hot tub an issue because we had to wash our towels afterward to have a clean towel to shower with. The washer and dryer barely work. The kitchen cabinets are all falling off the hinges. These are all things that we could have lived with. But all of the bathrooms leak into the lower levels. There are three en suite bedrooms on the third level. One shower leaks into the room below it. One shower leaks into the living room below it, and one shower leaks into the kitchen below it. The master bath then leaks into the bedroom on the lowest floor and soaks one of the beds. Then there was the issue of no hot water. The two showers on the lowest level never had hot water. The remaining four bathrooms had hot water for one shower then any shower after that was freezing. So, in a house we had 18 people in, one person could shower every hour. We contacted management and heard nothing back. So disappointed as we spent a lot of money to stay here.
