Property has the most incredible views and the house itself is amazing. So many comfortable spaces and well appointed in amenities. Neighborhood has incredible walking trails. This house did not disappoint! Highly recommend

We had a great time in a property with a spectacular view. Everything was clean and tidy with up to date amenities. The property is just beginning to show signs of wear, which should be relatively easy to rectify. Highly recommended.

This home was so perfect for our group of 7 women. It had everything we could need and was beautiful. Such a well stocked kitchen. Communication was outstanding. We were surprised to learn thst bedrooms other than primary didn't have a/c which could be more of a problem on hotter weather but wssn5 too big of an issue for us.

Very nice house, spacious and well kept. Above all, you get a stunning view of the Flatirons, whether from the excellent deck or through floor-to-ceiling windows in the interior. That's really what you're paying for and to my friends and me, it was worth it! Location is convenient to downtown and local hikes. Hosts were responsive and the entry/exit process was easy.

This house was fantastic. We had two families, which included four teens and they loved the house and ping pong table. The adults loved the proximity to Denver, RMNP, Red Rocks, etc. The house was well stocked. We were in town while the temps were in the 90s, so be aware that there is AC in the living and the prime bedroom only. Plenty of fans were provided, and if you opened the windows at night that definitely helped. We would stay here again!

The views are amazing and the house is huge. Bed was comfortable and the shower in the primary bathroom was fabulous. The house did show signs of many rentals over time, but it was comfortable and the fireplace and ping pong table were very nice perks.

We loved staying here with our group of 6 for Thanksgiving and for college tours. The views are lovely and the home was clean and comfortable. Our teens liked the ping pong table and our small dog liked the nearby hikes. Thanks for having us!

We had a great time at this Boulder rental. Great location in nice neighborhood, house is just as shown in photos. It was very clean, nice kitchen and a great layout for families. Would definitely book again!

I stayed here with my family of 5 (three teenagers) and the place was perfect. We were there checking out CU. The house has an amazing view and was plenty of room. Would definitely stay there again!

Winter Solstice Weekend

We loved our stay at this very comfortable and well equipped property. The floor plan is perfect for privacy and personal space. The deck and view is amazing from sunrise to sunset. Perfect location and quiet.

Beautiful Boulder Home

My girlfriends and I came for a long weekend getaway and this home was the perfect place to stay. The views from the deck were amazing. The most relaxing way to spend time in the sun enjoying wine. The house was gorgeous and the kitchen was a chefs dream. We even had a private chef come and make us all dinner one night. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and amazing views for our family weekend to run in the Boulderthon half-marathon. The house was extremely clean and well laid out for our adult children. Ping pong table was a huge hit. Thank you to the owners for sharing their home.
