This charming one-bedroom unit features a luxurious queen-size bed, complete with Goose Down Feather and Memory Foam pillows to suit your personal comfort. The spacious living area includes a pull-out sofa, perfect for accommodating extra guests, and a dining table with seating for four, ideal for enjoying meals or working from home. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. Enjoy ample closet and storage space to keep your belongings organized, and stay entertained with a Roku-connected TV.

** Sleeping arrangements: Queen-size bed with Goose Down Feather and Memory Foam pillow options, plus a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space.
** Living area: Pull-out sofa and a dining table with seating for four.
** Bathroom: Full bath with high-quality essentials provided.
** Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances for convenient meal prep.
** Comfort: Window air conditioner for personalized climate control.
** Entertainment: TV with Roku for streaming your favorite movies and shows.
** Storage: Ample closet and storage space.
** Parking: The building does not provide parking. While street parking is available, we recommend renting a parking spot in a public lot next door, just a couple of minutes' walk from the building. Monthly parking is available for $185.
** Building amenities: On-site laundry room, ongoing support from the management team, and an on-site representative.
** Move in after 4PM; Move out by 11 AM.
** This space is non-smoking.
** Housekeeping: Our rental doesn't include on-going housekeeping. We will not be refreshing any towels and sheets during your mid-term stay.

Navigating Los Angeles from Koreatown is simple and convenient. The studio is centrally located near public transit options, including Metro stations and bus lines, making it easy to reach Downtown LA, Hollywood, and beyond. Whether you're exploring the neighborhood or venturing further afield, Koreatown's central location puts you at the heart of the action while offering a peaceful retreat to return to.

Other Things to Note:
By proceeding with this booking or inquiry, please acknowledge that any confirmation received is conditional and subject to cancellation by the Host and/or Landlord unless the following conditions are met:

**The Guest must pay the required Security Deposit. The Security Deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, subject to deductions for any damages. This deposit must be paid directly to the Landlord at booking confirmation, and will be returned by the Landlord after move-out. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**The Guest must sign the lease agreement directly with the Host and/or Landlord and accept all terms and conditions outlined therein.
**The Guest must successfully complete an Identification Verification process as required by the Host and/or Landlord.
**The Guest must successfully complete an application process, which includes a credit and background check, as required by the Host and/or Landlord.
**Pets are welcomed! There will be an additional $500 Refundable Pet Deposit, and $2.16 per pet per night rent payments.

Failure to fulfill these conditions may result in the cancellation of the booking without liability to the Host or Landlord.
