Great getaway with friends

Would absolutely stay again! Four adult friends on our annual Seattle sports weekend and this unit was just what we needed at a very reasonable price. Great location with cafes and restaurants in walking distance, and loved the spacious and beautiful accommodations. Beds were cozy and it was so great to have our own rooms instead of sharing a hotel room like we usually do. We were always able to find street parking close by and appreciated how communicative our host was ahead of time. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice Seattle Stay

Good location on the north side of Queen Anne Hill near the ship canal. Ballard and Fremont are a short drive away. Property is an older quadplex in the Craftsman style. It shows it's age a bit but the amenities and kitchen are worth it. We had to cook thanksgiving dinner on short notice and the kitchen was stocked well enough to do this with some minor adjustments. Beds are super comfy and even on a brisk couple of days the heating kept it nice and comfy.

Queen Anne Townhouse Access

My family of 4 adults stayed at the home for a 3 day visit to Seattle prior to a Cruise. It is a minimalists home that provided for our needs. It is a 2nd floor unit and one thing not mentioned in the hosts descriptions is the numerous steps to enter the property and the incline of the streets for parking. It is somewhat shown in the listing pictures of the interior entry stairs and the steps at the corner of the building to enter the unit from the front porch. If you are a person with mobility issues this might pose a difficulty. Both entrances to the home have significant inclines/stairs. There is limited street parking in the area so you may need to park a good distance from the home and the streets on Warren and in the area are steep Inclines making for a vigorous or challenging walk for some. We were happy with our stay

This property, Hudson Ship Canal Place is sandwiched in between An upscale residential neighborhood to the south and a hip bustling center of activity Full of great Restaurants, Wonderful Intriguing sites to visit and PCC grocery store (Our local version of Whole Foods, but much better) all within walking distance.
