Full Bathroom: Shower/tub combo.
Laundry Area: Full-size washer and dryer with provided supplies.

MAIN FLOOR
- Bright Kitchen: Quartz counters, gas cooktop, and stainless steel appliances. Fully stocked with kitchen essentials, including oils and spices.
- Dining Area: Seats 4, with additional bar seating.

LOWER LEVEL
- Converted Bedroom Space: Brand-new queen bed, closet, and natural light from window. This level does not have A/C but stays naturally cool year-round.
- Garage: Narrow single-car garage 15' max in length; one foot in from the front of the garage has a height clearance of 42.24”. A parking pass for street parking is provided as well.
