This home is truly one-of-a-kind. When you arrive, you'll see a large family home, but your stay is something special around the back. With a private entrance, you'll venture to a charming hidden oasis that's all yours. Picture yourself stepping into a spacious turf yard, complete with a cozy table and chairs, perfect for soaking up the glorious San Diego sunshine while enjoying your morning coffee. But the true gem lies inside.

Open the brand-new, stunning double French doors, and be welcomed by a serene bedroom. Here, a plush queen bed awaits to envelop you in comfort, accompanied by a smart TV for your entertainment. The room boasts a spacious mirrored closet, perfect for storing all your belongings neatly out of sight.

Step through the French doors and turn right down the hallway to find a full private bathroom on your right, featuring a relaxing tub. Continue further, and you'll reach the heart of the home—the brand-new kitchen and living area. Although compact, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, except for an oven and stove. Bring your favorite snacks to stock the mini-fridge, and take advantage of the microwave for quick meals.

The adjacent living area offers a versatile pull-out sofa, allowing this intimate space to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. This charming abode may be small, but it's perfect for those seeking a cozy, convenient, and delightful getaway.

The Neighborhood:
With a dramatic coastline boasting incredible views, it's no surprise that La Jolla is one of the most popular beach destinations in California. Surrounded on three sides by the sea and backed by the steep slopes of Mt. Soledad, La Jolla's natural beauty, abundance of activities and upscale village lifestyle ensure that it lives up to its nickname as "the jewel" of San Diego.

Consistently voted one of the top beach destinations in the world, La Jolla offers a wide range of accommodations from luxurious hotels to casual coastal retreats, along with museums and art galleries, one-of-a-kind boutiques, great restaurants and a slew of outdoor activities. Home to the famous Torrey Pines Golf Course and The Lodge at Torrey Pines, the scenic cliff area offers well-groomed hiking trails with spectacular views, and world-class golf. At Torrey Pines Gliderport you can soar out over the beach cliffs on a hang glider or just relax and watch the action above.

Along the dramatic coastline lies Scripps Park, where families can picnic throughout the summer, while enjoying Fourth of July fireworks and concerts under the stars. Just south of the park is the Children's Pool, where a seawall was originally built to protect kids from incoming waves, but has been long taken over by a local seal colony. People are no longer permitted to swim here, but you can walk out along the seawall for a close-up view of the wildlife.

Getting Around:
A car is the best way to get around San Diego if you'll be exploring places outside of La Jolla. Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car!

We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
