We had a wonderful stay - very clean, parking right out front and an adorable fenced front yard where you can sit and relax. Check in was simple and host very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Santiago was AWESOME!! We loved staying here, it had everything we needed to stay for a week and was super cozy. I’d recommend this place over and over!

Clean, cool, well appointed unit that is even better than pictured. The bed is quite comfortable and kitchen and bath were very clean and appear to be recently updated. Parking was right out front of the house and always available during my stay. Easy communication with the hosts. Quiet neighborhood in a convenient location.

Great little home away from home. My husband and I stayed here for three weeks and were very comfortable the whole time. The neighborhood is very quiet. This unit is a part of a larger house but it’s the front part with a front door entrance and a lovely garden and patio that I enjoyed every morning with a cup of coffee. The hosts live on site and were friendly and totally responsive to our needs. The interior custom remodel is fresh and thoughtfully done. There is a wall A/C unit in the bedroom that was plenty to keep us comfy. We took morning walks in the Marian Bear Memorial Park in San Clemente Canyon, a great open space with trails that is just a 5 min drive from the house.

We were attending a wedding in La Jolla, and found this gem. For me and my wife, it was the perfect place! Great location for not only La Jolla, but for all of San Diego. 15 minutes from the Zoo, Sea World, Old Town, the beaches, as well as the airport. The neighborhood had all sorts of people walking around. If we are in the area, we will be reserve this place again!!!

We booked based on proximity to family. Santiago’s place is so comfortable and quiet! We were pleasantly surprised with the space as it seems bigger than the photos indicated. What a wonderful stay and I will be staying here again on future visits to San Diego.

What a great place for one or two people to stay. As an older single woman, the house and neighborhood felt safe which is important to me. I spent a week here this time. I'll prefer to stay here again next time I come to visit my grandkids.

The property was awesome. Close to all. Host was awesome. I would like to suggest some things. Maybe do extra bug spraying I got bit up. But I get that And the mattress is very hard terrible sleep need to be bigger. And softer . And also why no tv in bedroom I love having tv in my room and I really think others do also and I would love to have a tv in there. They do sell arms to move around and u don’t need to hang from wall. Thank u to a great host love your place
