This tastefully designed home is well-equipped with luxury furnishings. The main floor includes one of the bedrooms with a private balcony and a guest bathroom. The living area & kitchen are open so gathering with friends and family is easy. This kitchen has a Miami vibe and includes everything necessary to stay in and make a meal. The wrap-around deck allows you to keep an eye on the kids enjoying the pool. Upstairs you will find the master suite including a private bathroom with a soaking tub and large shower. You also have a private balcony with a table & 2 chairs. There are 2 more bedrooms upstairs, one of them the bunk room with 2 bunk beds. The laundry closet and another guest bathroom are also upstairs. The elevator will assist you with getting from floor to floor!! *Pictured golf cart is no longer available.

Game Room: Large TV, Basketball hoops game, large bean bag chairs, foosball game.

Outdoors: Heated private pool, 4 sun loungers, 4 chairs, ceiling fan, Outdoor kitchen w/ gas grill, and small refrigerator.

Second Floor

Kitchen: Ice/water refrigerator, stove/oven with hood, microwave, dishwasher, farm style sink, floating shelves, 4 slice toaster, Keurig duo, and blender.

Dining Room: Table w/4 chairs & bench, 4 counter stools, and wall of sliding doors to balcony.

Living Room: Sectional sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table, and TV.

Bedroom #1: King-size bed, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, TV, and private balcony with 2 chairs.

Bathroom #1: Step-in shower and single vanity.

Third Floor

Bedroom #2: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, TV, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathroom #2 (en-suite): Ensuite Bathroom with XL shower, soaking tub, double vanity, private balcony w/ 2 chairs

Bedroom #3: Queen size bed, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, TV

Bathroom #3: Tub/shower combination and single vanity.

Bedroom #4: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a walk-in closet.

Laundry Closet: Washer & dryer and steamer wand.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This property allows for 2-3 parking spots depending on the size of the vehicles. Grass and street parking is not permitted

The quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) has a nice array of local restaurants, retail, and sweet shops. The home is close to Casa Italia, Guppy's On the Beach, Cafe De Paris Bakery, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, TJ's Italian Cafe, Beach shops and a salon. Brown Park is nearby and has a playground, basketball court, tennis court, and a covered picnic area. The Indian Rocks Library is located beyond Kolb Park which is a sports park and playground. Splash Harbor Water Park on the south end of IRB offers a great place to have fun and cool off in the lazy river.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Children's Museums. Enjoy a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and Downtown Disney are just two hours away.

No need for a rental car while on vacation at this home. An Uber ride will get you there or the Suncoast Trolley will get you where you need to go.
