Welcome to our home just a few blocks from Historic Downtown Georgetown, TX! Featuring a fully stocked kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, heated pool, beautiful landscaping, and an outdoor kitchen with sink and grill. Just a short walk to the square and across from the scenic San Gabriel River trail leading to The Blue Hole, San Gabriel Park, and the Goodwater Trail around Lake Georgetown. Enjoy nearby golf, fishing, watersports, and shopping. Perfect for your next getaway!
The Space:
This thoughtfully designed home features a bright open-concept layout that connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room to the outdoor patio and pool⊠perfect for groups who want to stay connected while enjoying their own space.
The fully equipped kitchen flows into a cozy lounge area, making it easy to whip up meals while staying part of the conversation. A convenient half bath serves both the indoor and outdoor spaces so guests can enjoy the pool and patio without walking through the house. A private two-car garage provides secure, hassle-free parking.
Where Youâll Sleep
The primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a king bed, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 3 features a twin daybed and dedicated workspace⊠great for kids or remote work. Bedroom 4 also has a queen bed and shares a spacious full bath with Bedroom 3. Each room is thoughtfully set up for rest and relaxation.

Natural light fills the home, creating a warm and modern vibe throughout. From stylish furnishings to the open layout, the home feels both fresh and welcoming. Whether youâre gathering in the living room or unwinding in your room, every space is built with comfort in mind.
Outdoor Living
Step outside into your own private oasis. The heated pool is surrounded by lush landscaping and plenty of space to lounge in the sun. Fire up the built-in grill in the outdoor kitchen and enjoy meals al fresco. Whether youâre sipping coffee in the morning or dining under the stars, the backyard is where memories are made.
Guest Access:
The listing can be accessed via keypad on the front door or garage door code.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a mix of older and newer homes. People are generally friendly but keep to themselves. The house next door is also a short-term-rental.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended but not necessary.
Other Things to Note:
***PARKING: Our garage and driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. Any more than that will need to park in front of the house or on 10th St (about 50 ft away). If any part of your vehicle is encroaching the alley behind the house, the city will have it towed.
**CAMERAS: We have a ring camera on the front door and back gate/pool equipment.
**GUEST COUNT: The number of people at the property cannot exceed the number of guests listed on the reservation. Our cleaning crew charges us for supplies and cleaning based on guest count as well as preparation for incoming guests.
**BEDROOM: Bedroom 3 is intended to be a workspace but also has a twin modular floor mattress /couch. Adults can sleep on it but it's mainly for children.
****Pool Heating $50/Day up to 90 degrees.
Please let us know at least 12 hours in advance if you want the pool heated. DO NOT TRY TO TURN THE POOL HEATER ON. IT MUST be turned on/off via app to avoid damaging the equipment. $1,000 fine will be issues for tampering with any of the pool equipment. (sorry...bad previous guest)
***In the unlikely event the pool heater is inoperable we will refund the heating fee immediately within 24 hours of checkout.
***Please do not remove the pool cleaner (robot) without asking. The pool runs on automatic timers and can burn out the motor if running while the cleaner is removed.
***Refunds: Unlike most Airbnb hosts, we pay the full service fee and do not split it with the guest. In the event a refund is given, we will base off of what Airbnb has paid out to the owner which is less than what the guest paid to Airbnb.
**CLOSETS: Given that this is our primary home, we have the pantry and closets locked, but do have a freestanding rack for hanging clothes if needed. We also have suitcase stands in every bedroom. Please let us know if you think you'll need to hang up more than a few items during your stay and we'll try to accommodate.
**We may cross paths during check-in/out as we live here part-time. Weâre super friendly but also respect your privacy. Other than that, the only time we may see each other is when we need to maintain the landscaping or pool but we try to do that during unbooked periods and will let you know if we need stop by to do any work on the property. The garage has an apartment on top which is also a short-term-rental.
Interaction with Guests:
We may cross paths during check-in/out as we live here part-time. Weâre super friendly but also respect your privacy. Other than that, the only time we may see each other is when we need to maintain the landscaping or pool but we try to do that during unbooked periods and will let you know if we need stop by to do any work on the property. The garage has an apartment on top which is also a short-term-rental that may be booked at the same time. They have a completely separate and private entrance and cannot access the main house or the yard.
