Great location but poorly supplies

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Utter Perfection!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property for a girls' trip, and I could not have asked for anything better. The property was clean, the management team was professional and communicative, and the house is BRAND NEW. The location cannot be emphasized enough... the beach access is quite literally across the street. It made for a seamless stay. Rosemary Beach was a 6-minute drive away, and the beach was practically private due to how few people were there. Notably, there is a bathroom on the third floor, which was perfect for privacy. The space was lovely, open, clean, and perfect for hosting the trip! One note for future guests is that there were no pantry items or beach towels, so be sure to buy and pack those on your own. I could not recommend this property enough!

Great winter retreat

My husband and I went there for 6 weeks during the winter. Weather was way better than what it was in PA. This house is directly across from beach access 95. Great location and near the grocery store and lots of restaurants.Would definitely stay here again.

holiday vacation

Thanksgiving vacation, stayed nearby a family member's home. This property was 1 mile away, very clean and close to the beach. Enjoyed our stay!
