Floridas dolda hörn av paradiset vid Sanibel Harbor. Titta på delfinerna och njut av romantiska solnedgångar över San Carlos Bay från vår 10: e våning avskild skärmad Lanai från Bayview Tower i Sanibel Harbour.

En privat strand och pool ligger inom fotspår för exklusiv användning av lägenhetsägare och hyresgäster.

Vi upprätthåller ett Marriott Resort-medlemskap som ger våra gäster det exklusiva alternativet att njuta av gymmet, träningskurser, tennisbanor / instruktioner. (Resortsavgiften gäller - detta är valfritt och kan bestämmas vid ankomst). Vi är belägna i anslutning till The Marriott Resort and Spa som har ytterligare pooler, stränder, restauranger och det 40 000 kvadratmeter stora spaet som erbjuder en rad skönhetsvårdstjänster och bortskämdhet till slut. Hamnen erbjuder båt- och andra vattenskotrar, en privat fiskebrygga och en lyxig kryssning för middag / brunchbåt finns på plats.

Lägenheten renoverades nyligen inklusive nya golvplattor, bänkskivor i granit, nya köksskåp, nya badrum, nya vardagsrumsmöbler, madrasser ...

Köket med nya apparater, ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare, nya skåp och nya bänkskivor i granit är välutrustade i långsiktiga gäster i åtanke. Ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i köket.

Enheten innehåller alla bekvämligheter i ett hem inklusive trådlös höghastighetsuppkoppling (utan kostnad).

Det stora sovrummet (med king size-säng och TV) har utsikt över San Carlos Bay och leder till den främre västerläge Lanai. Ny king size-madrass installerad 2016. Badrum med dubbelt handfat och dubbelsäng och stor duschkabin.
Gott om garderob och utrymme för en bekväm vistelse. Ny platt-tv i sovrummet.

Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng med armoire, TV och stor garderob och platt-TV

Det andra badrummet har ett fullt badkar / dusch, stor disk och handfat och gott om lagringsutrymme.

Ny soffa, ljuvstol och armstol installerad i februari 2018. Den nya soffan drar ut till en säng i sängen och ökar sömnkapaciteten till 6.

Lania-terrass på skärmen med utsikt över San Carlos Bay inkluderar en matbord med barhöjd, solstol och takfläkt.

Detta är en rökfri enhet och husdjur är inte tillåtna enligt bostadsregler.

Spring Break Trip

We had great weather and a wonderful week. The area was hit by a huge Hurricane last year so there was some construction around the property. However we did not hear anything and the Condo was great. Very good location in Fort Meyers area.

Stunning Sunset Escape

Facing the beautiful bay and amazing sunsets, this condo exceeded expectations. Host was exceptionally helpful, kitchen is very well stocked, rooms are large and comfortable. The beach below is well maintained and never crowded. We enjoyed hours working virtually from the lanai overlooking the water. The pool was still closed due to hurricane damage but the owner communicated that to us upon booking.

The property was amazing, just as advertised....clean, well decorated and very quiet.

We enjoyed our time at the condo. The balcony was wonderful. We spent mornings reading and having coffee on the balcony and evenings enjoying the sunset. The views were amazing. The condo provided easy access to Sanibel Island, restaurants and nearby shopping. I look forward to staying there in the future. The host provided all relevant information concerning parking, access etc well in advance of our arrival and followed up to ensure the accommodations were satisfactory. It's a five star!

Lovely condo with an amazing view and great location!

We had an excellent stay in this lovely condo! Beautiful, bright and airy space, nicely appointed with ample linens and lots of useful kitchen equipment. The condo was spotless and the view is exceptional! It is in a unique location that is quiet yet near a Marriot hotel which comes in handy for dinner or drinks out. It is hidden away from traffic, crowds and noise, yet just minutes from all the shopping, beaches and restaurants that the area offers. We have already recommended this condo to others and intend to rent there again when back in the area.

Quick Getaway

Wonderful place with complete views. Easy access to all the beaches around. The pool was disappointing due to the fact you can’t enjoy it past dusk. The condo was clean, and well stocked with everything needed.

Wonderful ... Relaxing Stay!!

This is absolutely exactly as shown. The property is Beautiful. The pool is quiet and private. Access to the beach is a few steps from the door. My friend and I took multiple walks around the property and enjoyed a delicious happy hour at the hotel. I highly recommend this and hopefully will bring my family back for another stay.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay. We loved the view and the condo. It is as wonderful as the pictures show. Very clean, quiet and Lori was a wonderful hostess. The property management were also very responsive to questions and were very helpful. We hope to be able to return again soon.

Lovely peaceful condo with a spectacular view!

Everything was clean, well maintained and you can’t beat the view! We saw dolphins, manatees and a stingray from the balcony! The area was quiet but with plenty of restaurants and things to do a short drive away. The little beach was perfect for our 5 year old as we could let him run free with no worries and no crowds to battle. This was the perfect location for the relaxation we were looking for!

Great location, Beautiful view

Our flight got cancelled, so arrived much later than expected, but all the details provided to us prior to our arrival got us into our unit with no problems at all. The view from the screened in balcony was gorgeous, and the grounds of the resort were clean and well kept. Lots of traffic in the area, however we found it easy to get to our excursions like kayaking, fishing, and a sunset cruise with dolphins! We would stay here again!

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation! This condo was very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed both the beach and the pool, neither of which was ever crowded. The sunsets were amazing!

Fall Get-a-way

We traveled to Fort Myers for the wedding of a friend’s son and decided to go down several days early for a fall get-a-way. This property is only a short drive into Fort Meyers. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we might need during our stay. The condo is very tastefully decorated and the view overlooking the bay toward Sanibel is fabulous. We will certainly plan to stay here again on our next trip to the Fort Meyers area.

We had a great staycatiion.

The location was excellent for us. Went to a few restaurants. The lighthouse restaurant around the corner was awesome! Pool and room were great. The beds were a bit firm for us but overall great stay. The view from room was spectacular! We would definitely return!

Perfect for us!

This unit was clean and very nice for someone needing two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In our case it was two adults on a golf trip. Awesome view and easy access to dining next door at the Marriot.

Baseball Tournament/Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The sunsets were breath taking and the property was conveniently located to everything. The only thing that could have made our stay any better was less rain, but that is all part of FL. Would definitely stay here again.

Getaway with friends

The confo was actually better than advertised. It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed and more. We even left some things like beach chairs, umbrella and more. It is really more like two master suites as the 2nd bedroom closes off to give great privacy. The lanai was large and the views were incredible. We saw tons of wildlife like dolphins, manatees, and even a shark. We were also entertained by the pelicans. If you like off the beaten path with a quiet setting, this is the place for you. We drove to Captiva one day and Ft Myers beach another and both were easy to get to. I would have like a little more within walking distance but have no complaints about the grounds at all. This was a very nice condo that was very large and better than advertised. I would return in a heartbeat.

A place where our guests can relax, pamper themselves and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

While vacationing in the area, we fell in love with the views and amenties at Sanibel Harbour. We have been enjoying the condo as our family vacation home since 2006. So much so that we now have 3 condos in the building including a 3bedroom/3bathroom unit and 3 condos in the adjacent building (Harbour Tower)
