**Please note that OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER DESERT HOT SPRINGS ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.**
* NO PETS WITHOUT PRIOR OWNER APPROVAL - MESSAGE US IF YOU WISH TO BRING A PET - IF APPROVED - Pets: $75 (requires owner approval) 2 dog limit.
* The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of DESERT HOT SPRINGS.

* There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Cost varies depending on season $149/night.
* The City of DHS requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival.
The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.

This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.

Re-washed Dinnerware
Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.

We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible.

Overall, we had a good stay. We were here for 3 nights celebrating a milestone birthday. The home was clean and comfortable, and check-in was easy. The location was convenient, with most attractions, restaurants, and shopping about a 15–20 minute drive away.There were a few maintenance issues that should be addressed. The bedroom curtain was broken, the back sliding door did not lock which was a huge safety issue and sliding door blinds would not close. Pool could have been a bit cleaner. When addressed there was a delay from the host to respond which wasn’t till the next day.

Host was very responsive both before and during our stay. Main house was very clean, second building with 5th bedroom had a minor issue that wss addressed immediately. Heating the pool is not a good value at 100/day, but necessary if you want to be able to really use it.

We spent about a week at this property, and had so much fun! There were a few small issues (that were most likely user error) with the pool/spa, but Anna and Team were super quick to respond and help us out! We would definitely book here again!

Easy Peasy

Anna and Team were easy to work with. The house was represented well, it was clean and easy to find and the check in and out process was simple. The addition of the pool/hot tub were a bonus as was the pool table. The hot tub heated quickly and was a great addition to help relax. Thanks!

Nice property as described

We enjoyed almost a week at this property with my extended family. The home was fairly well stocked and we were able to cook most things that we wanted to in the kitchen or on the grill. The property managers were very accommodating and had the items delivered that we needed. The location is somewhat remote within a neighborhood but we knew that when we booked it. There are grocery stores and some restaurants within a ten minute drive. There was a heat wave during our stay so we were not able to sleep in the pool house for a few nights (it got too hot), but we were able to make it work for our group within the main house.

Kate, we are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay & enjoyed the home. It is true, the location is unique, there is privacy with large lot & being in suburb, yet it is 10 mins drive to most stores & 15 to downtown PS. Yet, rental rules are better as one can play music outdoors & have plenty of parking. For AC, for any of our future guests, please ensure to have both mini splits on in the guest house. Main home is central air. AC is very important in the desert, especially in the hot days, we ensure it is working and sufficient coverage in all areas. Thank you, Kate and we hope to host you soon.<3

The location of this house is central and convenient to Palm Springs, the airport, and several activities. We thought the house was clean and the size is perfect for a small group. The outdoor space is really nice, lots to keep everyone entertained. We would have appreciated some additional kitchen knives for food prep and some extra blankets. The dishwasher did not work at all so we had to hand wash all the dishes.Also, even though i paid an additional 35/ day to heat the spa, it never got above a lukewarm bathtub temp; I messaged the property manager several times regarding this issue and it was never resolved. We each got in the spa one time to try out the temp and were all very disappointed not to be able to spend time in there despite having to pay so much extra.
