We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was wonderful…impeccably clean and most beautiful view that will make your jaw drop when you walk in! We loved our time spent on the oversized patio! Communication with owner was on point!

The property was as advertised and pictures are accurate. The Condo is located in a gated community and close to plenty of places around town. The views from the condo are amazing. Communication was great, check in was super easy. The beach was great and not overly crowded and the pools were heated. Our group overall really enjoyed our stay in the condo.

Incredible views, floor to ceiling glass, huge balcony. Add to that a fantastic master with views, another king with ensure, and great 3rd bedroom and bath, and this property is fantastic. Great amenities at the property and direct beach access makes this one hard to beat.

We have stayed at Tops'l Tides many times, but never in the 3 BdRm Penthouse - it is truly the most wonderful condo.

Best view of the beach we've ever had. Wall of windows is amazing. Beautifully manicured property with great amenities. Enjoyed the comfortable beds and the beautiful master bathroom.

The location is great for the beach. Wifi was good. Check-in was easy. The parking space was very good, close to the elevator. The kitchen was well-equipped.

Spectacular view of sunsets and lightning storms. Super condo, clean and cozy, close to mini golf and sports courts. Beach view is beautiful and access was perfect with the pools/cafe’ as a nice in-between for relaxing. Helpful host with a wonderful place to vacation! Great experience!

We had a wonderful time. It was a little chilly for most of our stay but we didn’t miss out on watching the beach, water, waves, and sun! The views were spectacular from the living room. It was the perfect place to relax, recharge, and spend time with family. Everything we wanted to do was within a few miles. We will definitely keep it in mind for another trip to Miramar/Destin. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We spent the week at the condo and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The view is unbeatable and the location is perfect. We will come back.

Amazing! We absolutely loved the house, the location, and company.

The weather was great and the house was perfect for family fun. The road was busy with construction of new builds but overall it was okay.

Weekend Trip in Late December

Properly was very clean, very spacious with incredible views of the gulf. Sunsets are beautiful. We had everything we needed and would love to stay here again.

A beautiful condo with fantastic views. The bathrooms have all been updated and the furniture is very comfortable. The only thing we would suggest is that the Tides facility would heat the pool, however this is not under the control of the owner.

Great place to stay

The views are amazing the balcony is huge with lots of comfortable seating and tables, you could live out there. The unit is up to date and and was perfect for us. Good chance we will be back.
