Spectacular view of sunsets and lightning storms. Super condo, clean and cozy, close to mini golf and sports courts. Beach view is beautiful and access was perfect with the pools/cafe’ as a nice in-between for relaxing. Helpful host with a wonderful place to vacation! Great experience!

Spacious with Great View

Had a fabulous time! Loved all the light coming in the huge living area and the gorgeous views sunrise to sunset. The spacious balcony was the perfect spot for all of us to wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee. Owner is very responsive. Designated parking spot is a plus. It was a very lovely memorable spot to celebrate our daughter’s engagement on the beach!

The location is great for the beach. Wifi was good. Check-in was easy. The parking space was very good, close to the elevator. The kitchen was well-equipped.

The Best Time!

Cannot say enough good things about this stay! It was absolutely beautiful! Everything was as said and picture perfect! The communication when booking was 10/10 and even through our entire stay they made sure we didn't need anything- the access to the beach is right past the pools which was great, not a long hike- and the Chair rentals there don't over crowd you! There was plenty of room for us to sleep more than comfortably, and the porch views and hang out are 10/10! We will for sure be going back!

Clean, great location, and amazing views!

This place was everything we could have hoped for plus more. It was clean and spacious for 8 of us to sleep comfortably. We enjoyed the views from inside with all the windows and of course the balcony was one of our favorite morning and evening spots to hang as a family while enjoying the sounds of the ocean. Location was close to everything we wanted to do as far as dinners, boardwalks, and even Crab Island for a day. Host was beyond accommodating and responded very quickly to any communication. 10/10 recommend!

Breathtaking Beach Escape

My family spent a week at the Tops’l Tides Penthouse in Miramar Beach, and everything was perfect. The pictures are accurate, the penthouse view is gorgeous, and the enormous balcony with comfortable couches and chairs were our favorite spots for morning coffee and evening wine. We loved all of the seating in the den, as well as having a dining and a breakfast table. Definitely perfect for my husband and I to spend time with our family. The overall experience and communications from Michelle were very clear, and checking in and out of the property was a breeze!We definitely want to return soon!

Retired Siblings Reunion

There were many things about this condo that we loved. We originally selected this condo since it appeared to have enough room to comfortable seat six adults to relax, talk, eat and watch TV. The condo had three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms had king size beds with a walk in shower. (Perfect for the two couples). The third bedroom had two twin beds for my two sisters with a bathroom and walk in shower just across the hall. Since we all are retired, the walk in showers were great. The views from the 15th floor were spectacular. Not only did you have the beautiful ocean view through the full length windows on one wall but you could also see Bay looking out the full height windows on the side wall. The balcony was a huge and there was plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a great view of the ocean and beach. It was clean and tastefully decorated. We all agreed it was the perfect place and highly recommend.

Prime Location

This condo is incredible, offering stunning views and thoughtful details that make a significant impact. The heater in the master bath was a delightful bonus, as were the conveniently placed extension cords by each bedpost and the comfortable recliners. And I can’t overlook the fantastic mattresses. The kitchen was also well-equipped, adding to the overall experience.

Our favorite thing at the condo was the spacious patio. It was also nice to have enough living room seating without someone having to sit at the dining table or bar area. The beach was beautiful and we had some very nice sunset s. We also got a bonus while we were there”a fireworks show”.

Beach front penthouse.

Over all visit was wonderful. The condo was very clean. The amenities are too much to mention. And the view from the large balcony really was a million dollar view. The host was easy to contact. Would recommend.

Fourth of July!!

We were there for the 4th of July holiday and could not have been happier with this condo! The view from the penthouse panoramic windows is world class! Our Balcony offered the absolute best vantage point for the fireworks which were being shot off next-door. i’ve stayed in several phenomenal units in this building but 1506 is by far the cream of the crop! It doesn’t get any better than this unit! You better book it for next year before I do!

Great Location and Property

Proximity to grocery, restaurants and shopping were excellent. Pools, beach, elevator availability, parking were excellent. Condo was roomy with beautiful view and nicely furnished. Only low score was VRBO listing indicated and showed a tub bath. Apparently the condo had been remodeled and the tub bath was removed, which was a bit of an issue, as our 19 month old grandson was with us. The walk in showers and some other changes are beautiful, but not shown in the VRBO pictures. Would stay at this location again, but not with infant/toddler. Communication with owner and assistant were also excellent. Thank you for sharing your condo. We had a great family vacation!!!

Oceanfront PERFECTION

The pictures and description of this amazing property do not do it justice!! The panoramic view from this penthouse condo is breathtaking and the furniture, amenities, pool and beach access are perfect. Michelle is the absolute best at communicating and responded to all questions or concerns almost immediately!! We would absolutely stay here again and hope to be back soon!

Great resbit

Our family of six adults enjoyed our time immensley!!! It is spacious with awesome views and all amenities. The washer and dryer in the condo was very helpful. We used the pool and pickle ball courts and the beach was spectacularly beautiful. Loved it!
